With manufacturing facilities in Jacksonville, FL (company HQ) and Brunswick, GA, we use naturally occurring, renewable and sustainable feedstocks to produce fragrance and flavor ingredients, as well as specialty chemicals for a variety of other markets. Our offices in the USA, Belgium, Hong Kong and Brazil supply more than 60 specialty fragrance and flavor products to customers in approximately 50 countries. Operating Principles Our business is focused on operational excellence and we utilize sophisticated process chemistry to deliver high value products for our customers worldwide. Renessenz conducts business in accordance with the highest standards of business ethics. Ownership Symrise is the parent company of Renessenz and sister company, Pinova, Inc., which, like Renessenz, is an independent producer of specialty chemical ingredients derived from natural and renewable materials. We are one of the world’s leading producers of Terpenebased fragrance ingredients and a major producer of flavor ingredients for the oral-care and confectionery markets. Renessenz upgrades and derivatives from Linalool and Geraniol serve as primary components in fragrance compounds used in soap and shampoo formulations. Our sensory coolant products provide the long-lasting and cooling effect found in chewing gum, confectionery, other foods and oral-care products. In addition, the company supplies solvents and cleaners for hardsurface cleaner and ore floatation markets as well as the chemical reaction agent Pinane hydroperoxide which is used as an initiator for the rubber industry. Sustainability We act on sustainability strategies through operational improvements, community consultation and employee engagement. Renessenz is one of the largest producers of terpene fragrance and flavor ingredients. Pinova is the leading supplier of wood and gum rosin and polyterpene resins.
