For indoor cycling, it is important to adjust the bike to the correct height and resistance level to ensure proper form and avoid injury. To set up an indoor cycling bike, follow these steps: hunching over, but not so high that you're reaching up to grab them.
1. Adjust the seat height: Stand next to the bike and adjust the seat height so that it's level with your hip bone.
