MEET PRESIDENT BARNETT
We are happy to welcome you to the Rollins family!
As I begin my first year as president, I’m genuinely excited to connect with families who, like me, are discovering all that this remarkable community has to offer.
Your student is embarking on an incredible academic journey, and we want you to be part of it every step of the way. This resource guide, along with our Anchor Guide, is designed to help you navigate the Rollins experience and stay meaningfully connected to your student’s college years.
Here’s what you can expect from us: helpful information tailored specifically for Rollins families, direct connections to essential campus and community resources, and regular updates on activities happening across our campus. Throughout the year, you’ll receive newsletters from our Student and Academic Affairs leadership and invitations to events that keep you engaged in campus life.

MEET ASHLEY KISTLER
Welcome to Rollins!
We are thrilled your student will continue their academic journey with us this fall and over the next four years. We know that the high-quality liberal arts education your student will receive at Rollins will set the foundation for the rest of their lives, as they become global citizens and responsible leaders and develop a passion for lifelong learning. Our academic programs will encourage your student to ask important questions about the world, expand their worldviews, and develop a thirst for knowledge. Our amazing faculty are dedicated to guiding our students throughout every step of their academic pursuits through individual mentoring, academic advising, and collaborative research. The close connections forged between students and faculty are one of the hallmarks of a Rollins education and persist long after graduation.
On behalf of the faculty of the College of Liberal Arts and the Dean of the College of Liberal Arts team, it is my pleasure to welcome you to Rollins.

We are here to assist you and your students in any way that we can, and I look forward to meeting you this fall.

MEET DONNA LEE
Greetings, parents, families, and supporters of Rollins!
Congratulations and welcome to the Rollins community! On behalf of the Division of Student Affairs, it is a true joy to extend a warm greeting as we prepare to welcome the Class of 2029 to campus. This is a remarkable moment… for your student, for your family, and for all of us at Rollins. This is a moment of transition…one that holds both excitement and reflection. As your student steps forward into a new chapter of discovery and growth, you too are crossing an important threshold. You have nurtured, encouraged, and guided them to this point, and now, together, we begin a journey filled with possibility.
As a parent myself, I understand that this season may bring a swirl of emotions: pride, excitement, hope, and perhaps a little apprehension. Know that we honor and embrace all of it. Transitioning to college is a significant milestone, and while it comes with new challenges, it also brings extraordinary opportunities for transformation. Your student will learn, stretch, stumble, and soar, and through it all, they will be supported by a community deeply committed to their well-being, their development, and their success.
At Rollins, the Division of Student Affairs plays an essential role in shaping the student experience beyond the classroom. We are here to foster a vibrant and inclusive community, provide resources that promote resilience and growth, and empower students to find purpose and belonging. Whether through leadership development, health and wellness support, community engagement, or career preparation, our goal is to help every student thrive.
You are - and will continue to be - important partners in this journey. I encourage you to stay connected, attend Rollins events both on campus and in your home region, and engage with the many opportunities available to families. Your involvement strengthens not only your student’s experience but also the broader Rollins community.

We are honored that you and your student have chosen Rollins. Thank you for entrusting us with this next chapter in their journey. We look forward to walking alongside you and your student in the years ahead.
Fiat Lux and again, welcome to the Rollins community!
Donna Lee (she/her)
Vice President for Student Affairs

I look forward to getting to know you and your families and hope that you will join us in supporting the P&FC. Rollins holds a very special place in my family’s heart. I invite you to join us in championing this generation of Tars!

Established in 1963, the Parents & Family Council (P&FC) is a leadership philanthropic giving circle that supports the College in building a strong, involved, and informed parent community, while sharing a collective parent ‘voice’ to senior administration. In addition to making an annual financial contribution, Council members keep others informed about campus events and current topics in their respective communities and, when able, provide crucially important internship and job opportunities with students.
