A creek runs through this Natural area. The creek is host to the Common Mudpuppy, a native species of the region.

TAUGHANNOCK GORGE

Is home to a forest with trees over 150 years old! The Gorge area is a biological corridor containing rare and significant ecological communities. The Gorge is a natural heritage site and contains trails. UNA-56

This is old-growth forest, part of which was recently disturbed by a blowdown and heavy salvage harvest. UNA-57

Year 1:

In Year 1, the frame is simply in lled with residential units. Each unit includes its own personal outdoor space, giving residents the opportunity a personalized area for gardening or leisure. These outdoor spaces enhance the living experience by providing a connection to the outdoors within a shared community framework.

Year X: The rst two oors of the frames across the site are units. Because of the innovation sparked by the startup thirds oor has been transformed with tower gardens, to grow fresh, sustainable produce. These gardens rede enhancing it as hub for sustainable living and urban.
