Resident Leadership Development Program In January, DC Ranch launched the leadership development program for residents interested in learning more about the community’s governance and operations. Twenty-seven residents representing all four DC Ranch Villages were selected for Class I. They completed half of the eight sessions scheduled this spring before the program was suspended due to COVID-19.

DC Ranch residents are encouraged to snap photos of whatever inspires them about living in the community. From wildlife to scenic vistas, there’s no denying the endless possibilities. Each month, submitted images will be reviewed by DC Ranch staff and selected for a spot in Ranch News. At the end of the year, residents will vote from the monthly winners to choose a winning photo for a framed display at Desert Camp Community Center.
