HOUSEKEEPING SUSTAINABILITY ACTIONS 1. Bio-degradable or recyclable packaging for our amenities such as turndown and welcome items 2. Clean the world recycling and donation program has us collecting used single use (soap) items that are still be offered in the hotel 1. These are recycled and the products re-purposed to those less fortunate 3. Housekeeping collects and recycles our coffee pods 4. Residential Amenities, bathroom amenities are not replaced if only partially used 5. Full organics program for all our kitchens/outlets 6. Hydroponic herb gardens 7. Low flow shower heads and aerators in all guest rooms 8. Ozone system in laundry to reduce water temperature and chemical usage for washers 9. Housekeeping turns off unnecessary lights after daily services.

2. 2 Hydroponic gardens one in TOCA and one in Banquets that houses 3 levels and 5 to 7 types of micros greens and basil

It is fully enclosed and operates with a closed recycled water system energy efficient lighting and everything is fully recycled back to the grow house we are in partnership with as they are 35 km away from the hotel This reduces our foot print and constant waste of cardboard, plastic trays and soil going to the landfill

SUSTAINABILITY ACTIONS 1. Peeled fruit used in juices 2. Citrus stock in cocktails uses discarded citrus post juicing /peeling 3. Paper straws – goal to eliminate all straws 4. Reusable coasters 5. Adjusted ordering schedule to ensure limited waste 6. Dehydrating any fruit / herb that is in risk of being wasted 7. Using local spirits in our Lychee Queen 8. EPOCH collects and recycles our coffee pods

2. Basil to garnish the drinks are from in-house garden located in TOCA’s kitchen

3. We sell only local beers and wines which supports local companies and decrease carbon dioxide emissions, since products do not have to travel long distance

4. Making syrups from the berries which are about to expire

5. Using dehydrator to control the waste of the fruits

SPA SUSTAINABILITY ACTIONS

1. Recycle plastic massage oil bottles

2. Give damaged sheets/linens to housekeeping to then give to shelters

3. myBlend products are housed in glass with pure aluminum caps, which makes them easily recyclable.

4. Less than 4% of the Derma range uses plastic, required for pumps and to reduce bottle necks. The brand is aiming for plastic neutrality. Its boxes are made of recycled and recyclable raw cardboard and presented without cellophane wrapping. Included with essential skincare products, mini Gua Sha in rose quartz also serve as spatulas.

LOSS PREVENTION SUSTAINABILITY ACTIONS

1. Moved from one time use plastic/fiber wrist bands to using a reusable ID card that can be reused and also programmed to specific access levels as required a win win.

2. Moved many of daily and monthly ledgers from a paper base to a digital base format

3. Incident Reports are typically all done digitally so we have significantly reduced our paper usage.

4. During regular patrols we are always working with engineering to assure that meeting, function and office space lights are off if not in use.

5. During regular patrols we are regularly informing engineering of any water leaks, steam leaks so they can be fixed quickly.

6. We are always using the shred it bins to recycle any paper we may receive or use.

7. Ordered recyclable batteries for our two way radios.

8. Looking at updating our CCTV system to comply with today’s standards that include less energy usage
