The main tenets of our offering are a breadth of appetite, speed of response, and flexibility of service. We are keen to write a wide spectrum of risks from smaller private companies, to larger, complex publicly traded organisations.

We pride ourselves on our appetite to attach in the primary and low excess attachments where we can be most meaningful to our clients in demonstrating our values, competencies and claims expertise.

We harness an array of data points and trends, valuable insight from our key legal relationships and predictive modelling to allow us to assess and price risks competitively whilst maintaining stable returns for our capital providers.

In addition to D&O we are launching ancillary lines of Management Liability insurance such as Employment Practice Liability, Commercial Crime and Pension Trustees’ Liability for which we also bring a wealth of experience in underwriting and claims handling on a primary basis.

Ultimately we like to be seen as a key partner on D&O for our brokers and clients and are dedicated to working faster and with a broader mindset to find commercial solutions to today’s perils.

CLAIMS

The strength and know-how to cope when the unexpected happens.

We know from that experience that the unexpected does happen. Having a claim against the directors of a business can be devastating for both the business and the people involved. And, whilst the facts underlying a claim can be complex, the claims process should be straightforward and transparent.

Claims is the sharp end of any assessment of our service. Our claims service is built upon the foundations of speed, expertise, partnership, clear communication, accountability, and fairness.

We have in-house experience in handling large, small, and intricate claims effectively, sensitivity and with the minimum of fuss. Our claims team is managed by Owen Dacey, one of the most experienced and respected claims professionals in the London Market.

Since 2022 we’ve been one of the main sponsors of Dulwich Hamlet FC, a 130 year old non-league football team with a storied history who play in pink and blue.

The football is good but what really struck us on our first visit was the welcome. Tollerance and diversity runs in the viens of the supporters and people who run the club. The bar is pretty good too.
