Sustainability is embedded in our business idea: “Riksbyggen creates attractive and sustainable homes for all”. But today, no housing developer or property manager can tread so lightly that they leave no climate footprint. This is unsustainable in the long term. The overall ambition of our sustainability work is therefore to ensure that everything we do is climate neutral and sustainable for life: environmentally, socially and economically.
