The architects’ thoughts

In designing the buildings, careful consideration has been given to blending them into the natural surroundings. The main material for the facades is light brick, but this is broken up with natural wood to create a sense of warmth around the large, fully-glazed balconies. The grey windows and vertical window strips give the building a modern design language that, in combination with the 10-storey height, gives the buildings a slender appearance.

We have focused on creating pleasant floorplans that capture the sun and views in all apartments. The area is elevated with fantastic views that, together the underground garage and enclosed courtyard, contribute a sense of security and wellbeing.
