Bryan McCrossen, a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group, is an experienced transactional attorney whose practice covers a broad range of commercial real estate matters in the representation of institutional and non-institutional clients, across all commercial property asset classes, with an emphasis on the acquisition, disposition and financing of mixeduse and multi-family properties, office buildings, industrial facilities, shopping centers, hotels, development sites and Section 1031 tax deferred exchanges.

Bryan has significant experience representing clients nationwide, including real estate investment trusts and institutions, and representing owners in the negotiation of construction contracts and agreements with architects.

Prior to joining the firm, Bryan was a partner at a New York City law firm and received his education from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and Clemson University.

He is an active board member of Vision Long Island, and a proud member of the Long Island Association’s Young Professionals Committee. John is also an adjunct professor at Molloy University, where he teaches a course on Real Property.

John is a graduate of St. John’s University School of Law. During law school, he was a Senior Articles Editor of the St. John’s Law Review, where he published The Need for Speed and Judicial Notice: New York’s Admissibility of LIDAR Technology in Law Enforcement, in 2015. He was the recipient of the Vincent J. Crowe ‘47L and James J. Crowe ‘54CBA Scholarship, as well as Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence in Legal Writing and Analysis Recipient.
