Hilary is the head coach and program director of the Lynbrook Titans Kid Wrestling team for the past 40 years. He was inducted into the National Wrestling Hall of Fame, in March 2016 for his service and contributions to the sport of wrestling.

Heatherwood has been a pioneer in the apartment sector on Long Island developing its first apartment communities in the early 1960’s and expanding its footprint into NYC in the 2000’s. Prior to joining Heatherwood, Christopher was the Vice President of Development responsible for acquisition and development activity on Long Island, Westchester and Connecticut for AvalonBay Communities, a Real Estate Investment Trust in the business of developing, redeveloping, acquiring and managing high quality apartment communities in high-barrier-to-entry submarkets in the United States. Christopher is an active member of several non-profit organizations and housing advocacy groups. He is a Board and Executive Committee Member at The George Washington University Center for Real Estate and Urban Analysis as well as a Board and Executive Committee member at the Long Island Builder’s Institute (LIBI).
