Anthony Bartone, managing partner of Terwilliger & Bartone Properties, started his career in 1993 at a Long Island-based general contracting firm taking on the field before working his way up to vice president. During his tenure, the firm saw production double and profits swell to the highest level in the company’s 30 years. In 2002, Anthony left the contracting company to form his real estate development and construction management parent firm, Bartone Holdings, the predecessor company to Bartone Properties. In 2015, Bartone Properties entered into a strategic partnership with real estate development icon J. Ronald Terwilliger and Frances Terwilliger to form Terwilliger & Bartone Properties focusing on luxury class ‘A’ multi-family development.


Anthony graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy Preparatory School where he maintained a position on the Superintendent's List; received the National Defense Service Medal; studied as a cadet in the U.S. Air Force Academy; holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business, management, and economics along with a commercial pilot’s license. Anthony sits on the board of directors for Long Island Builders Institute (LIBI), the largest builder trade organization in New York state, and holds a seat on the board of directors with Long Island Home Builders Care, the charitable nonprofit partner of LIBI. He serves as an officer for LIBI and is on the board of directors for Vision Long Island. Additionally, he is a member of the Theodore Roosevelt Boy Scouts of America Executive Advisory Council.
