David Kasner is an industry veteran having been licensed since 2004 and working full time since 2007. As a full time Agent, David was a top producer for many years and achieved high recognition from The Long Island Board of Realtors and Long Island Business News. In 2018, David decided to make the move to the Manager’s Chair and began focusing on growth for the Long Beach Office of Coldwell Banker American Homes. Since he began his tenure, David has helped double the size of the agent roster while also assisting agents with increasing their personal production. This includes tripling the office GCI to its highest level on record. In addition, David works side by side with Broker/Owners Tom Gallagher and Mike Litzner in an endless quest to achieve greater market positioning for the office and its agents. David also has strong relationships with several different management companies and has secured exclusives on over 14 rental buildings for the Long Beach Office, covering Long Beach, Far Rockaway, Forest Hills, Island Park and Yonkers.
