ENCUENTRO ACADÉMICO

Hoy les hablaré sobre mi experiencia en el Intercolegial Académico. Es importante resaltar que desde el inicio es distinto a otros proyectos, ya que en este nos toca trabajar con personas que no van en el mismo salón y es más pesado que participar en las clases normales, pero es justo por eso que considero que me esta experiencia ayuda para un futuro; las universidades trabajan de forma similar, con proyectos grandes, en poco tiempo.

de la tecnología y su influencia en el cine, es por eso que decidimos incluir el uso de efectos especiales, maquillajes, filtros, pantallas verdes, y hasta animación de la cual yo me encargué. Explotamos nuestras habilidades artísticas ya que todas actuamos y hasta cantamos para el cortometraje. Como mencionaba, me correspondió realizar la animación y trabajé con el apoyo del profesor Christian Xavier, quien nos ayudó con el diseño de personajes.

El proyecto consistió en hacer un cortometraje acerca de la historia del cine. Decidimos elaborar una historia en la que mis compañeras y yo atravesáramos distintas épocas en la historia del cine, y después del corto, hacer un mini documental detrás de cámaras. Nos concentramos en la evolución

Animar es una actividad cansada que requiere de mucha dedicación y tiempo, fue una de las cosas más complicadas que hubo en el proyecto, junto con la edición. Yo soy una persona que disfruta mucho ver series y películas animadas, siempre respete el trabajo de los animadores, pero ahora se me haría imposible quejarse de cualquier error. El viaje a México fue más divertido de lo que esperaba, la verdad creía que iba a ser algo más aburrido, pero hicimos amigos con gente de otros campus, como León y Coacalco. Tuvimos que ajustarnos y respetar el horario para poder hacer todo y al final eso fue muy divertido. Mi parte favorita fue la premiación, hasta perdí la voz por el resto de la semana por echar porras para nuestro campus “Xcaret”. Al final regresamos con 62 medallas de las cuales 32 fueron de oro, 6 de plata y 24 de bronce. En mi opinión, una cantidad asombrosa. Definitivamente, el intercolegial es algo que desearía hacer de nuevo.

Hi, my name is Emilio Rivero Vales of 5th grade, and I will tell you about my experience in the “Encuentro Académico.”

Last year, my teachers told me that I could be one of the three students that were going to the “Encuentro Académico,” but I didn't go at the end, because I wasn’t selected for the event and that made me very sad. After that, I decided to get help with therapies and special classes. That's because I stutter when I speak, and that makes my life difficult, because there are people who don’t understand me when I speak or laugh at it. So I prepared myself all year to be a part of the “Encuentro Académico.”

“I’m finally participating in the “Encuentro Académico”. Our first activity was a timeline of the evolution of entertainment, starting with the radio and ending with streaming platforms like Netflix, Disney, etc. We investigated the year when television was created, who created it, and for what reason it was created.

November 16th was the day of the event and I was very excited! On the day of the flight, we ate at Johnny Rockets, and I bought some stuff at Miniso, like a case for my AirPods and a pop socket for my iPhone, but I had to return the pop socket because it didn’t fit my phone.

The hotel was very cool, the water was at the exact pressure and it came out hot, there was a buffet and the rooms were very big.

The next day, we had Partner Reading and the project. At the award ceremony, we won third place on the project, and I won first place on Partner Reading, so I won two gold medals and one bronze medal. On Saturday, we went to “Six Flags” and I got on the Batman, and Wonder Woman ride, which is very cool, Joker, and Superman's roller coaster that it’s the best attraction in the park. That was the end of my experience at “Encuentro Academico”, I really enjoyed it and wish to participate again next year!.

In October they sent an email to my mom to invite me to the event, I didn’t know, so when I went home after school my mom said: “I have very good news for you, let’s go to a restaurant to celebrate”. I had no idea what was going on, but when she finally told me, I was very happy and excited. I thought:

The inauguration was held on the campus in Cuautitlan, then we went to the competition. When we finished, we went to the awards where we won first place in Mathematics, and the other competition of general knowledge was Intercampus, that means that you are in a group with people from other campuses.
