Un libro para disfrutarlo, para leerlo y para verlo, donde se hace honor a algunas profesiones que están desapareciendo, si no lo están ya, y a otras que se han resucitado gracias al empeño de algunos de los protagonistas artesanos que aparecen en sus páginas. he full title of this book is “Mountain range of Guadarrama, old trades for the memory (people and landscape)”, which says a lot about what we will find in its pages, where pictures are as important as words. A book to enjoy, to read and to see. Here we will find honouring to some professions that are slowly dissapearing, if not yet completely gone, and some other that have been brought back to life thanks to the determination of some of the lead craftsmen that appear in these pages. The authors of “Guadarrama, old trades...” are two, eq ually sharing the final result, in which we can find the texts by the master Julio Vías, well known by all the lovers of Guadarrama-related literature, and the pictures of Javier Sánchez Martín, also well known by
