u toate cã operatorii, în marea lor majoritate, au implementat aceste mãsuri, la mai puþin de 2 luni distanþã, activitatea organizatorilor
de jocuri de noroc tradiþionale a fost din nou afectatã prin restricþionarea programului de funcþionare în sãlile de joc din mai multe judeþe ale þãrii. În acest articol ne propunem sã analizãm succint restricþiile de funcþionare aplicate prin hotãrâri ale comitetelor judeþene pentru situaþii de urgenþã, pentru a determina dacã aceste acte beneficiazã de o bazã legalã solidã sau dacã, din contrã, existã vicii de nelegalitate care ar putea fi invocate împotriva acestora.
