MARTIN SPEIGHT
Director of Cricket
Martin is the preeminent school cricket coach in the UK. A talented wicketkeeper-batsman, he has played for Sussex and Durham. He has developed a number of First Class and International cricketers including current England batsman Harry Brook.
LUKE WEBB
Technical Director of Football
Former professional footballer Luke is one of the most innovative football coaches and system engineers in the sports and education space. His passion is embedded in the equal combination of academic, social and sporting excellence and his nationally acclaimed training programme facilitates the development of the player to a truly elite level.
JAMIE MAIN
Director of Swimming
Prior to joining Repton, Jamie was the National Coach at The Aquatics GB Bath Performance Centre. He coached senior GB international teams and athletes at the Olympic Games, World Aquatic Championships, and the Commonwealth Games. Jamie currently coaches Olympic gold medalist Adam Peaty.
JAMES RUSHBY
Director of Tennis
A former world-ranked player and highly experienced coach. James was Performance Coach at Cliff Drysdale Tennis Academy in Florida. His extensive links to the US tennis circuit has helped him to guide players to achieve scholarships at top US and UK Universities.
