2022 NAR Committee Applications Open Applications to serve on National Association of REALTORS® 2022 committees are now open. In order to apply to serve on NAR committees, you will first need to update your expertise profile at www.nar.realtor and submit your application by May 1, 2021. The member expertise profile provides NAR Leadership with key information about your professional and association experience. The information in the expertise profile is used as a resource when identifying members to serve on a committee(s). This profile is required to be completed as a supplement to your committee application. When you log in to the committee section of www.nar.realtor, you will have the option to edit or create your expertise profile. Even if you already have one created, you should consider updating it to ensure it reflects all your current knowledge and experience. The profile will
allow you to indicate your primary professional focuses, such as what type of real estate you specialize in, your experience in financial planning and budgeting, your familiarity and interest in technology, as well as your background in other areas such as marketing, business issues, land use, community involvement, research and more. Once you complete this section of the profile, you will also be asked to indicate your experience in service at the local, state and national levels. Finally, you will have the opportunity to submit a photo to accompany your profile. With your expertise profile complete, you will then be able to apply for service on NAR committees, including seeking endorsements from others to support your application. Remember, the deadline to apply is May 1, and you may apply for up to five committees. To start your profile and apply, visit www.nar.realtor.
