Recognizing the achievements of oustanding

REGION III MEMBERS Presented at the 2021 ACUI Annual Conference ACUI 2021 – Excellence in Student Training Programs. The program titled 5 C’s: Carolina Cross-Collaboration Contingency Curriculum at the University of North Carolina– Chapel Hill, a two-semester program, was created with three main drivers of development: Emergency and Contingency Preparedness, Flexibility and Adaptability, and Professional and Interpersonal Skill Set Depth and Breadth Development. This mixed delivery method program provided an opportunity to ensure a homogenous student-employment experience and provided students the skills to adapt to the modern workplace. The first part of the program was created with the intent of how student employees could learn and grow while working from home and the second part focused on implementing skills and gaining hands-on, technical skills that could be practiced and implemented during the year in the event of a staff COVID outbreak to ensure continuity of building operations.
