Patio: Landscaping for the Future
The RHCA prides itself on its commitment to inclusivity and offers a diverse array of events designed to foster networking opportunities
Our objective for the new northfacing Patio is to establish an inviting space suitable for community events The Patio's features will encompass a 9-foot-tall enginer-red sound wall panel covering the northern facade
Additionally, the area will be landscaped to incorporate new lanscaping, bushes, trees, and permeable pavers. We will also equip the space to ensure it can host guest speakers and outdoor gatherings and networking events
Parking Lot
Site Work and Material Testing
Implementing a new parking lot on the eastern side of the building will bring significant enhancements to the facility
The site's progression has included multiple phases over the past several months, encompassing clearing, grading, and soil stabilization
Soil testing facilitated by members of the RHCA has been instrumental in establishing the work's outcomes Subsequent phases will involve the placement of rebar, formwork installation, and concrete pouring.
We are poised to actualize the new building extension, thereby bridging the land gap and culminating in the facility's unification and completion

Building Together: Diversity and Growth in our Project Team
We take great pride in announcing that a total of 128 subcontractors have successfully completed our Fall Protection Program in recent months. Furthermore, we are delighted to welcome 4 new members, resulting in a total team size of 23 individuals. Within this cohort, 12 represent minorityowned businesses and 4 are women-owned, fostering opportunities for collaboration with underrepresented groups within the construction industry on our project. Collectively, we are dedicated to the construction of buildings and a community that not only enhance our workforce, but also the projects we undertake.
