PHASE 7

INTERIOR & EXTERIOR RENOVATION COMPLETIONS

Interiors: As we approach the final stages of our project, the RHCA Headquarters have seen great advancements working towards total completion The interior of the building has progressed in many ways such as, major completion of painting, carpet installment and energizing of the building. The RHCA commends Alliance Architects for helping bring our idea to life in this building and we see the quality in their work as the pieces of the project come together

Patio Wall

The installment of the patio wall facing North of West Illinois Avenue is an addition to the building that the community has noticed in the past weeks MW Panel worked on the concrete columns and panels that the surrounding work allowed them to install This Friday, we plan to finalize the patio wall by having two more panels installed that contained the RHCA logo. This final touch will allow the public to see our logo every time they pass by our training center and will help us reach the community more.

Access Control & Surveillance

Recently, ONC National had all the access control and surveillance such as alarms and cameras set up at our project. Safety is crucial here at the RHCA and having a trustworthy control system is key for a safe environment. With the installation of new security measures, RHCA offices will be secure for staff, members, and the community

g milestone completion done inside CA Headquarters has also been the g of the building Universal glass n and did all the glass work needed building. This interior glazing provide e of organization of the building, g future visitors to navigate through ilding and identify where separate , training rooms, and lobbies will be

Canopy Completion

Once the framework for the Canopy in the main entrance was ready, subcontractor PMP arrived to install finish panels to bring the canopy together and create an appealing entrance for our Headquarters. This marks the completion of the canopy addition to the project and a major milestone in completing the main entrance as a whole.

Building Together: Diversity and Growth in our Project Team

A total of 242 subcontractors have completed the Fall Protection training through the RHCA to safely work at our project up to date.

We take great pride in striving for a safer work environment and our contractors safety come first for us no matter what! With the addition of 5 team members, we are happy to announce our total team size of 28 RHCA members participating in the project.

Equal opportunity is crucial in the RHCA as well, which is why we have representing in the project, 12 minority-owned businesses, 4 of which are women-owned, fostering opportunities for collaboration with underrepresented groups within the construction industry.

Collectively, we are dedicated to the construction of buildings and a community that not only enhance our workforce, but also the projects we undertake.
