June2024
We never imagined that our humble beginnings would lead to such an extraordinary event, but here we are, celebrating the 20th Annual RHCA Golf Classic.
This milestone is a testament to the unwavering support and dedication of our members. Companies like JMEG, NOVA Landscape Group, Azteca Omega, The Walsh Group, and many others have transformed this event into a cherished tradition.
This celebration of camaraderie, sportsmanship, and industry excellence is all thanks to you. Join us in commemorating two decades of unforgettable moments on the green and the incredible journey we've shared
Our volunteers worked tirelessly, coordinating logistics, setting up the course, and welcoming our esteemed guests Their hard work and enthusiasm set the stage for a day of camaraderie and competition
As we gather to celebrate two decades of this cherished tradition, we extend our deepest gratitude to everyone involved Here's to another 20 years of excellence and unforgettable moments on the green!
The building is undergoing exciting changes with two new storefront openings to improve accessibility. The North entrance will connect to a patio for community events, while the East entrance will be for staff and provide access to the new parking lot These enhancements will transform the building into a versatile multipurpose facility
The area to the east of the building will be transformed into a brand new parking lot to better serve the facility
This expansion will feature eleven parking spaces, significantly boosting the building's capacity and providing convenient parking for our dedicated staff members With this exciting addition, the total number of parking spaces, combining the new
lot with our existing one, will reach a total of twenty-one spaces. This enhancement will not only benefit our organization but will also have a positive impact on the community as we look forward to hosting various communal, membership, and city events
We've added 7 new members certified in fall protection, boosting our team's safety. We also welcomed 1 new member, bringing our project team to 19 Among them, 10 are minorityowned and 4 are women-owned businesses, fostering collaboration with underrepresented groups in construction We're committed to building a stronger community and workforce.
We are excited to announce our upcoming Fire Line upgrade, starting soon. This project involves coordination with the General Contractor and the City of Dallas. We will install a new fire vault system across Illinois Avenue, connecting to our fire vault, and establish a new Fire Sprinkler system linked to our facility's fire suppression lines Additionally, this upgrade will introduce a new water line system to the City of Dallas and a new fire hydrant to the neighborhood
