DECEMBER 6-8
Welcome!
“Fear not, for behold, I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.” Luke 2:10-11 “All things were created through him and for him.” Colossians 1:16 Welcome to The Fine Arts Christmas Celebration, a special three-day event celebrating the birth of Christ through Fine Arts performances, displays, and activities. We hope this will be a time of fellowship, beauty, and joy for you as we cherish the work of our students and remember the tremendous act of Christmas – that God became man to rescue us from sin. May Jesus be glorified!

Meet the Teachers
Beauty Across Campus Visit the Oak Room and our performance spaces to look at the Christmas wreaths full of symbolism. 1. Gold “silk ribbon” - represents God in heaven. It is the largest ribbon that supports and holds the wreath together, just like God does with the cosmos. 2. Crimson Red “velvet ribbon” - represents Jesus, the Son of God, who laid down his life for us so that we might enter His Kingdom and be reconciled to God forever.

3. Lamb’s Ear Greenery - represents Jesus, the Lamb of God, our greatest gift, and the heart of Christmas. 4. Wreath - represents the crown of thorns that Jesus wore leading up to his death. 5. Olive Branches - represents Jesus, the vine. We, His people, are the branches. Apart from the vine, we can do nothing. But in Him, we can bear much fruit and live an abundant life. 6. Berries - represents the fruits of the Spirit that God produces within us for our joy, our neighbor’s blessing, and God’s glory. 7. Gold Bells - represents God’s people, who are His handiwork. An artist handcrafted each bell that hangs from the wreaths. Forged in fire, the artist shaped the instrument according to His purposes. And like these bells, God is forming us according to His image.
