A creative at heart, I’m studying architecture at the University of Kansas and completing my M.arch degree by 2026. I am dedicated to making sustainable and accessible designs while enjoying detail oriented work in architecture which extends to a secondary passion of fashion and sewing. I enjoy collaborating with others as it brings a fresh look to the world around me and allows me to explore tactics I can use in my professional work.
Work Experience
Structural Manager
Dirt Works Studio August 2023 - May 2024
Dirts Works Studio led by Chad Kraus was composed of fourteen students working alongside professionals in the fields of architecture and construction to design and build a first-of-its-kind cross-laminated timber (CLT) small home in Lawrence, Kansas. As one of two Structural Managers, I worked to create a Revit model and the structural CD sheets while communicating with structural engineers and CLT companies.

In this position as a seamstress, I am working and learning alongside other college students and under textile professionals to create wardrobes for performances by budding artists in the fields of theatre and dance. This requires detail-oriented and patient work.
