WINE AND DINE Chairman and MD of Big C, M. Balu Chowdary hosted a grand soiree at the Ballroom of Trident recently to launch the brochure of a new phone. The scintillating dance and gymnastic performances kept the guests enthralled, ensuring it was a ne night. Among the guests spotted catching up with each other over the cocktails and dinner were Pavan, Swapna Kumar, Harshiti and Ramana.
OF SONG AND DANCE To celebrate the on-going festivities was Legend Navratri that saw thousands of Hyderabadis making a beeline at the Imperial Gardens, throughout the nine nights. With a whole lot of music, masti and gup-shup, each night was quite eventful. Prizes like best-dancers, best-dressed, bestcouple, non-stop player, was bait enough for everyone to doll up and dance through the night. The nale saw a competition between the winners of all the previous 8 nights, making it a night to remember.
GETTING IT RIGHT The Federation of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FTAPCCI) Ladies Wing organized an presentation on “How to Make a Winning Business Plan” at the Federation House. Dr.Nandita Sethi, Managing Director of The Entrepreneur Zone (TEZ) University of Hyderabad, was the chief guest at the occasion. The speakers for the event were Anil Reddy Vennam, President, V.V. Sanyasi Rao, Chairman, Women’s Wing, Sreedivya and Geetha V. Nair, Co-Chairman of the Ladies Wing.
