early three decades have seen the transition of R.S.Brothers – from the smallest stores to the large textile kingdom it has become. One of the establishers, Mr. S. Rajamouli has been an integral part of the brand’s success story. His son, Suresh Seerna, Director at the company, joined the business five years ago, after finishing his MBA in Marketing from London. This father-son duo has one thing in common and that is the fact that they are both pure businessmen.

BINDING The Bond Father: Now that he is a grown up man, the two of us are more like friends. Son: The bond the two of us share is of love and respect. To me, this relationship is very sacred. As a Team Father: Even though we work in the same business, our fields are very different. Hence, there is barely any teamwork. Son: Working with him means learning constantly. He teaches me a lot of things, from handling customers to working around margins and attracting customers.
