NFL YOUTH FLAG FOOTBALL Registration deadline is Wednesday, March 4th. 5v5 non-contact league. Jersey and flag belts are provided. Games will be played on Saturdays at County park fields. Volunteer coaches are vital to the operation of this program. Anyone that wishes to volunteer must contact hortner@frederickcountymd.gov Practices are held one night/week at the selection of the head coach. All players are required to wear a mouth guard. Practices will start in late March at the discretion of the coach. Game times vary between 9:00 am-4:00 pm (depending on team schedule). MONOCACY YOUTH SOCCER LEAGUE A commitment of 2 days per week is needed for this Co-Ed league (weekday practice and Saturday game). Practices are 1-hour long on a weeknight at your home park. Game-day meetings are approx. 1-hour long between the times and locations listed below. Practices will start in late March at the discretion of the coach. Numbered team jerseys are included. This class builds on basic skills and introduces more advanced offensive and defensive techniques into game play.
