My Story By Maem
English Second Language, 1st year This is my story, my name is Maem. I emigrated to the United States from Thailand three weeks ago. Here I live with my Mother. Right now I am very homesick, I miss my cats and dogs in Thailand very much. Fortunately my Mother has some pets and that makes me feel a little better. I hope my homesickness gets better soon.

Language, 1st year Instructions To Prepare: Crumble the meat and cut it into pieces that are comfortable to eat. In a bowl we make the vinegar, olive oil, salt, oregano and ground black pepper and mix very well, then we put it in the refrigerator, while we prepare the rest. We disinfect the lettuce and cilantro. Chop the tomatoes, onion, radishes into small squares and save. Finely chop the chili along with the cilantro. Cut the lettuce into thin strips and save. Once we have all the ingredients ready, we just put them in a large bowl, mix the vinaigrette and put it with all the ingredients and mix well, add the salt and a little ground pepper and oregano. Let it stand for about 15 minutes for flavors to meld. Cut the avocado and cheese in squares, and put it aside along with the chili and vinegar. We accompany it with toast or crackers. It's ready to eat.
