• There were 94 closed sales priced above two million in May 2023 compared to 131 in May 2022; a 28% decrease. During the 12 months ending May 31, 2023, sales in this category decreased 18% over the same time period in 2022 (719 vs 879 units).

NEW LISTINGS / INVENTORY

• During the 12 months ending May 31, 2023, a total of 9,154 new listings were added to the market, this is a 10% decrease vs the same time period 12 months ending May 31, 2022.

AVERAGE & MEDIAN SALES PRICE
