Alternative design 1
Inspired by the aesthetics of Instagram feeds, this book cover showcases Doctor Cindy, a renowned physician trusted by celebrities and influencers for her effective diet programs.
The curved text design is inspired by the shape of a distended stomach, surrounded by an array of food items. This visual representation signifies the concept of being on a ‘diet’ while navigating the temptation of certain foods.

The imagery illustrates the foods we consume, emphasizing the significant relationship between diet and our daily eating habits. The surprised expression captures the readers’ reactions to new insights about dieting that they may have overlooked or been unaware of before.
This design features a scale made of food, with fruits and vegetables on one side to encourage readers to be mindful of their eating habits. It serves as a reminder that there should be a greater emphasis on healthy foods over junk food in our diets.
