Are you open all year around?

Our nursery operates throughout the year, offering services for 51 weeks annually. We are closed on all bank holidays and for one week during the Christmas holiday period.

What do my fees include?

Our fees include all meals, snacks, and milk, providing a nutritious and balanced diet throughout the day. The fees also cover the extra-curricular activities, designed to enrich your child’s learning

Do you offer any discounts?

We are pleased to offer a 10% discount for children enrolled in full-time care throughout the week. Additionally, we extend a 5% discount to siblings enrolled in our nursery.

Do you accept funding?

We are pleased to accept both 15 hours and 30 hours funding options.

What ages do you cater to at your day nursery?

Our nursery caters to children aged 3months to 5 years.

Do you offer part-time or flexible scheduling options?

We offer both full-time and part-time enrollment options to accommodate varying schedules. Children aged 2 years

Registration We aim to make the registration process as smooth and straightforward as possible. To enroll your child, please follow these steps: Initial Inquiry: Begin by expressing your interest. You can do this by calling our office or visiting our website to fill out the online inquiry form.

Tour the Facility: Schedule a visit to tour our facility and meet our staff. This provides an opportunity for you to see our nurturing environment and ask any questions you may have.

Registration Form: Complete the registration form provided during your visit or download it from our website. Ensure all required information is accurately filled out.

Documentation: Submit the necessary documents, including your child’s birth certificate, immunization records, and any other required paperwork.

Discussion of Policies: During the registration process, we will discuss our policies, including fees, operating hours, and any specific requirements.

Welcome Pack: Upon successful registration, you will receive a welcome pack with essential information about our nursery, including schedules, contact details, and other important details.

Settling-in sessions: After completing the registration process, we typically schedule settling-in sessions. These sessions usually take place over 2 consecutive days, each lasting for 2 hours. This gradual introduction allows you and your child to familiarize yourselves with our environment, staff, and routines in a comfortable and supportive setting.
