Our comprehensive service fee booklet is designed to provide transparency and clarity, ensuring you know exactly what to expect as we embark on this creative journey together. Inside, you’ll find detailed information on our range of services, pricing structure, and the value you receive when you choose to work with us.
Package includes 6 hours of design consultation and services as outlined below:
•2 hours of consultation in your home or business with Interior Architect to conduct a thorough evaluation, take measurements as needed, photograph space and an inventory of what you already own which can be re-purposed or re-used in your improved space.
•1 hour of moodboard creation to understand the style, materials and general feeling of the space.
•2 hours to create a proposed floor plan starting from the existinig one, resulting in an initial interior design concept for you space.
• 1 hour to create FF&E specifications document.
Package includes 18 hours of design consultation and services as outlined below:

•12 hours of Preliminary Design Concepts (created off - site) for each space which will include:

•4 hours of design presentation where we will discuss with you our recommended design, provide options, and finalize with you the design plan.

•30 hours of Preliminary Design Concepts (created off-site) for each space which will include: moodboard creation to understand the style, materials and general feeling of the space. Existing and Proposal Floor Plan, Sections and Elevations with recommendation for furniture, finishes, materials and lighting, Color Scheme for all spaces. 2D drawings for: firesafety plan, electrical plan, sockets plan and ceiling plan. The signage drawing or extractor ventilation drawing only if needed.
•20 hours of 3D model creation to supply renderings and 360° rendering of the space.
•17 hours of FF&E document creation for Purchasing, Ordering, Tracking Materials, Furniture and Finishes.
•18 hours of Project Management including surveys, quality checks, site visits and work supervision of the builders during the construction phase.
•12 hours of tender drawing creation, with detailed specifications and amendments during construction for the coordination with the builders.

•50 hours of Preliminary Design Concepts (created off-site) for each space which will include: moodboard creation to understand the style, materials and general feeling of the space. Existing and Proposal Floor Plan, Sections and Elevations with recommendation for furniture, finishes, materials and lighting, Color Scheme for all spaces. 2D drawings for: firesafety plan, electrical plan, sockets plan and ceiling plan.
