Lisa Romano gr aduated in Liter ature , Entertainment Disciplines, History and Criticism of Cinema. Over the years she has combined the work as Artistic Director of Ortigia Film Festival (at the 14th edition) with the work as director in Italian and international sets.
Monica Manganelli is a film director, screenwriter, set designer/visual artist active in both theater (opera house) and film production. As a set designer and visual artist she signed different productions in the most important theaters in Europe. For the film productions she collaborated with the Wachowski sisters, for the art direction of Cloud Atlas. In the last 7 years she signed projects as film director that have participated in 150 festivals and won 40 awards (The Ballad Of The Homeless, Butterflies In Berlin, The Atlas Of Wonders, The BLACK ChristS. Far from Justice). She is in development with Turandot-Princess of China, her new feature animated films, about women’s condition.
Writer/Director nominated for the Italian GOLDEN GLOBE 2020. She works with Mystery, Adventure, Thriller and Horror genres, grafting them with intimate and social themes. She is currently in preproduction on the feature film The Rabbit’s Eye, produced by Baires Produzioni, and on the first two seasons of a kids/teen TV series for Rai Ragazzi.
Lisa Romano laurea in Lettere, Discipline dello Spettacolo, Storia e Critica del Cinema. Negli anni ha coniugato il lavoro di Direttore artistico di Ortigia Film Festival alla 14esima edizione con quello di regista in set italiani e internazionali.
Monica Manganelli è una regista, scenografa e creative director attiva sia nel teatro (opera lirica) che cinema. Come scenografa e visual artist ha firmato differenti produzioni nei più importanti teatri d’Europa, e nel cinema ha collaborato con le sorelle Wachowski, curando l’art direction del film Cloud Atlas. Negli ultimi 7 anni si è dedicata alla regia, realizzando film di animazione che hanno partecipato a 150 festival e vinto 40 premi (The Ballad Of The Homeless, Butterflies In Berlin, The Atlas Of Wonders, The BLACK ChristS.Far From Justice). È in preparazione per il suo nuovo film: Turandot-Princess of China, riguardo la condizione e ruolo delle donne nella società.

Regista e sceneggiatrice italiana candidata ai GLOBI d’ORO 2020 e ai NASTRI D’ARGENTO 2020. Lavora con i generi Mystery, Avventura, Thriller e Horror innestandoli con tematiche intimiste e sociali. Attualmente è in lavorazione al lungometraggio L’Occhio del Coniglio, prodotto da Baires Produzioni, e alle prime due stagioni di una serie TV kids/teen per Rai Ragazzi.
