of Business Is it safe to call yourself an artist as an entrepreneur? I mean after all, we have created a business from our vision and imagination. Whether it is a new app, fragrance, design, or website, it takes the creativity of the mind to bring forth a masterpiece. As we grow in our entrepreneurial endeavors, we are constantly tweaking, changing, rebranding, and editing our business models.something like an artist does to a painting or sculpture. Art within the workplace can encourage and promote social interactions, inspiration and stimulate emotional responses. Art in the workplace affects how the people within the environment feel about themselves. Think about how your curated your workspace. Whether you have a brick-in-mortar location or home office-you have created your own
mini art gallery if you well. According to the book, The Art of Business: Make All Your Work a Work of Art, it states the art of business is about seeing both the economic flow and the artistic flow in business. Enormous benefits can result from applying and blending insights from two worlds- the aesthetic and emotional richness of the arts and the strategic and operational perspective of business. Many without knowing took this approach when Instagram became all about aesthetically pleasing feeds and cohesive branding. Some may want to see the authenticity of entrepreneurship and its work ethic with the new trend of “unfiltered GRWM” moments, but they are watching through the lens of an observer- one who sees the beauty in your art of business.
