Here’s the One to KEEP

e all know we don’t expand as supernatural beings when we are embedded in our comfort zones.

All the progress we’ve ever made came from listening to our soul

nudging us in the direction we are needing to go, where we then leave the known for the unknown.

Once we make the leap, we (almost) never look back, remembering our past

as if it were a different life. (It’s certainly a different person looking back at it.)

But what happens when our usual comfort zones are gone? Either because

we removed them for no longer empowering us, or life removed them for us because… well, sometimes we know why, sometimes it takes a while to figure out.

People who thrive in challenging times have gotten very comfortable in The

Present Moment. It’s here where great gifts are born, given, found, or co-created.

It’s here where we love freely and expressively, reveling in our connection to the All/the Infinite.

How can we feel so comfortable in The Present Moment when it involves

change into the unknown, the opposite of what a comfort zone seems to be about?

Because it’s actually not unknown – our soul/intuition knows it, and thus leads

us there. It’s hard for us to hear if we’ve been listening to our mental brain running the show (which includes all our past conditioning), complete with our ever-pres-

ent ego who thinks it’s protecting us by being stingy with our love for ourselves and others.

So, there is actually nothing unknown to our soul; it just doesn’t explain where it’s leading us in The Present Moment be-

cause 1) it doesn’t usually use words, but emotions and, 2) there’s no time to explain because it’s happening NOW, so go with it!

What Does it Mean to Remember Who We Are? To me it’s really kind of a buzzkill or “game over” for a lot of things. Because if I remember that I can’t really be a victim to someone – or the perpetrator – is very actually very powerful. All we are all doing is playing a role. So, once you become aware of that, then it’s very empowering to realize that you cannot be a victim. That’s a wake up, that’s an enlightenment. It is not possible at the soul level to be a victim, because the souls are way too powerful, and they’re all equal. So there’s no upper hand, even with demons and angels. They all know we are all exactly the same.

The whole thing about awakening, and the kids being born different now… all of that is because there obviously is life outside of this planet. There’s an abundance of data, but we have not emotionally been ready to meet that family, to become aware of our extended nature, of our ability to collaborate and co- create with all of these beings… You can sense them a lot more because the veil is thinner, and see them also. But overall, in the evolution of humanity, we’re getting ready to be able to become consciously multidimensional beings. Everyone else is already on it. They all know about us. They’re just waiting for us. Because if people are pushed too fast, too hard, you could get schizophrenic, you could have psychosis, there’s issues with changes that happen too fast, because our brain is not capable. And not only the brain but who you think you are, you know? You think you are your personality, your character, your characteristics. With waking up, it makes you realize, “Oh, I gotta lets those go now.” That’s hard. That stuff has to take its time so that it doesn’t cause other issues. It’s all empowering. There’s no rule.

my gardening. Then, after a few minutes, seven Mourning Cloak butterflies flew over the wall together and into my yard. I was so happy at the site! My friend continued to land on my hand for several more hours that day.

My garden is my magical haven. There is so much to

witness and discover. Yes, I love to grow plants, especially for food, but I also enjoy watching and learning

about all the creatures that live there as well. There are multitudes of ecosystems just in my little space. I used

to get annoyed by the snails and certain insects. Now, I

appreciate the magnificence and beauty of them. Once I

changed my perspective about them from pest to part of 12

Along with learning to appreciate the small creatures

that inhabit my yard, I’ve come to enjoy what could be

called weeds. Especially the dandelion. I let them spread and then harvest them. They have a long taproot, and so

they need to be removed somewhat carefully to get it all.

I will use the whole plant in stir fries. The leaves can be

added to salads, or dried and used for tea. The roots can be chopped and roasted and used as a coffee alterna-

tive. Some people make wine from the blossoms. Dandelion is supportive of the liver and a great gift from nature.

My garden is an endless area of exploration and

learning in so many ways. When the world gets stressful and distracting, my garden provides me grounding, wonder and joy.

It was just my head (consciousness?) there- within the light. I felt like I was welcomed and I was HOME. And then all of a sudden, I could see my hospital room (it look so gray and harsh- compared to the brilliantly warm place I was in) and found myself being zoomed back down. ~ TC Kennedy

My near-death experience was quite different: I was taking a nap after track practice, and I had stopped breathing. There were 2 sets of voices, these voices were, I assume, my ancestors, guides, and angels… it felt as if thousands of voices blended into one. One set of the voices kept saying, “Wake, you are dying.” The other set was saying, “Isn’t it beautiful, peaceful, don’t you feel all the love?” It felt like a battle; the voices kept getting louder and louder until I gasped for air and woke up. ~ Lori Shepherd

he most “boring” thing to happen in California and

some other states - and Canada - was the legaliza-

tion of cannabis.

Boring in the sense that its legalization did not radi-

cally change the culture of that state or country, as some feared, or disrupt the fabric of society in almost any way.

Science had already shown us that the real dangers

lie with alcohol abuse (increased domestic violence,

automobile fatalities, for example), and that cannabis

dispensaries were now contributing millions in new tax revenue for hard-hit cities, a range of new jobs, and

greater safety for local neighborhoods because of the extra mandated security.

Yet there’s still a stigma, perhaps from the times we ex-

perienced someone being high (when we weren’t) or from played-out stereotypes portrayed in movies or on TV.

This stigma is not only unfair and outdated, it’s hold-

ing people back from an excellent option for healing: the

science of cannabis has accelerated to the point that it’s almost unrecognizable from your parents’ weed, a dime bag of who-knows-what from who-knows-where. (They probably tried it once or twice, right?)

More on this… but let’s talk about its miraculous abili-

ty to provide relief of pain for many conditions.

We’re Neo at the End of the Matrix: The End of The Hero’s Journey is Our New Beginning

emember when The Hero’s Journey taught us there’s a hero (Dorothy, Luke Skywalker, Katniss, Pikachu?) who goes on an adventure, makes new friends, encounters roadblocks, fights a bad guy, and returns home a transformed individual?

We don’t have time for that anymore; with all the new energies and information in these extraordinary times, the old hero’s journey has been replaced.

Because instead of going over the rainbow, we’re now working with the infinite. Instead of a galaxy far, far away, we’re going deeper inside ourselves, and the universe is pushing and prodding with an intensity to escape these linear journeys in a way we’ve not experienced since the last New Age. (Admit it, you wanted to know what was so special about entering The Age of Aquarius - now you know.)

We are now Neo at the end of the movie. We’ve taken the red pill; we’ve seen through the matrix and sampled our true power. You understand that: a. Life is an illusion b. You and 8 billion fellow souls came here now to: 1) Forget We Are God, and then 2) Remember and Embody That We Are God. Welcome to The New Hero’s Journey, where staying in a 5D love state is what you’ve always wanted and mostly experienced in short burst, usually with loved ones. Where the heart is balanced with the brain and spirit; there’s no competition and where you are following your bliss (which frequently aids the collective)… where you watch less TV because of how entertaining your life has become.

In fact, inside the new paradigm, you can easily see the weak and redundant points of the old hero’s journey: for instance, we no longer need to “meet” the hero – s/he is us, and always was. There is no ordinary world or hero when you know you’re God in form…

Then the old hero is called to adventure, but the fully awake person is in constant adventure having adapted to constant change with as much ease and flow as possible in harmony with existence itself through their intuition and reading the energy.

And anything they could possibly want is always available and easy to manifest because they only desire what’s in their truest alignment with the Universe – how could it hold back? Therefore, there are no superficial “adventures” to get things.

Mentors, schmentors: a very common element in these old hero stories has them only realize their true power once their mentor has died. Like Dorothy realizing she had the power all along, we no longer need to wait for a mentor or oracle to give us a permission slip to access our own incredible power – it’s time to own it now.

By the way, how many Dark Nights of the Soul can you have when you already know you’re God and cannot ever be a victim?

Both coexist on the same plane, though in different dimensions, and we can switch at will. It’s your journey and you determine the speed you walk it.

I once took a screenwriting class led by a famous teacher who suggested that every movie could be called “For Love or Money” because the 3D Hero’s Journey frequently comes down to these. When the

In 5D, you transcend the linear and are IN the love, for as much of the day as you can manage.

There is no time here, just like time stops during a wonderful kiss, or a delightful hug, or any heartshared moment. When you are present to this, you are woke. You are present. You are living fully.

he concept of a life journey is a very familiar one, particularly in terms of our spiritual selves.

We start at one end and forge ahead towards a pow-

erful, but ultimately unknowable destination - sometimes with enthusiasm, and oftentimes with difficulty. Each

step can be a challenge or a joyous discovery, depending on the conditions we encounter and fellow travelers we meet along the way.

Ultimately, it’s a linear view of life: moving away from one

viewpoint or position on the map of life, and striving to arrive at another. It takes time, of course, as all linear journeys do,

and effort. Energy is expended to move us along to the next post of reference along the path. No effort….no progress!

Past to future, asleep to awake, ignorant to informed. All the while paying your dues and earning your progress. Sounds familiar, right? Practice, diligence, and perseverance.

Getting Off the Spiritual Path The Way of the New Human

The idea of progressing along that path is intrinsically

linked with the concept of ascension. If we can complete

that journey then we can transition to a new realm of existence. Somewhere balanced, harmonious, where we can

experience the wholeness of ourselves and the Cosmos.

How many of us have played the game of acceler-

that journey, get us there more quickly, more efficiently, perhaps making the journey less of a rocky uphill hike

and more of a smooth superhighway! Part of the joy in my earlier life was discovering some of these strategies, like collecting pieces of the puzzle that we believe help us to arrive at the end of the journey.

And yet, the more we discover, the less we are satis-

tion take our attention away from our point of origin? The divinity that we enter this Earth experience with?

To follow the suggested path of a humanity that has

already existed, cycle after cycle, is the hesitation of new

generations of humans arriving in our midst: children who 34

struggle to focus in one direction, adolescents who feel

trapped by being asked to set goals for their identity for

the future, adults who have become disillusioned with the journey they so carefully planned for themselves.

Is it a sign of failure, of a humanity that no longer has

We cannot create a New Earth if we continue along

the well-trodden path to enlightenment. The moment for change is now. It’s time to get off the crowded path and

get out into the muddy fields. Explore, discover, feel the

Earth beneath your bare feet. Be here. Be the pioneers of a new era of humanity. It takes courage to leave the pop-

There is truly no other area in my life that has brought
