EQUIPMENT & OPERATION
Brick utilizes only certified and tested equipment and vehicles for the construction of its projects. Our techniques is the combination of the quality based famous vehicles, cranes, mixer trucks, forklifts, graders, concrete pumps and other equipment which is tested and certified in accordance with the relevant standards.
All the vehicles are used daily in our operations. In order to protect our employees, clients and the public, Brick established safe operations procedures are followed by all drivers. All employees driving on behalf of Brick are required to operate their vehicles safely and legally at all times.
HEALTH & SAFETY
It is Brick’s policy and company commitment to ensure protection of the employees and the final output of the project. Years of experience have taught the company that communication, training, education, and quality of supervision are critical to the success and the business.
It is the responsibility of Safety Coordinators to ensure employees are adequately trained, and comply with all safe work practices, job procedures, and regulations. They conduct safety meetings, crew talks, critical parts inspections, and accident investigations to ensure the safety of everyone. They report all safety related matters and work in cooperation and coordination with safety committees and management.
