In 2023, Harcourts Blue Friday made history, with more than $160M in property sold and $90,000 raised for Beyond Blue. But more than that, it was a platform for everyday hard-working Australians to maximise the value of their property through a platform which created mass awareness and competition.

Supporting this commentary from property market analysts is the fact that the total number of properties available for sale increased by 8.2% in May 2024 compared to the same period last year, meaning the lift in sales volumes has occurred despite there being more choice for buyers in the market. • Buyers are also motivated to secure their future property with the end of the year looming as buying now will ensure that they can move in before or during the Christmas holiday period and settle into their new home before starting the school year.
