What a wonderful four weeks – HX2024 in South Africa then two weeks later in Wellington, New Zealand at the new conference centre and then a week after that on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia! Three simply outstanding events – over 2,400 Harcourts team members came together to learn, to recognise and to celebrate – and that we sure did!
Congratulations to Cameron Bailey – number one sales consultant for both Harcourts New Zealand and for the group internationally. A huge achievement to once again take out the top spot – a reflection of just how outstanding a professional Cam is.
A special congratulations to Andy Freeman in New Zealand and Aaron Brooks in Australia, inducted into the Harcourts International Hall of Fame. Both have played huge roles over many years in the growth and success of our organisation and are very worthy recipients of the highest level of recognition we have. Special moments in each HX.
Congratulations to Andrew Jakins, number one sales consultant in Australia – only the second time one of our Nutrien Harcourts rural/ regional team have achieved this position. A special congratulations to John and Lynette McFadden and Chris Kennedy, Gold Papanui for achieving number one office internationally for Harcourts and to Martin, Mitch, Rob and Andrew – number one franchise for the Group Internationally – another spectacular result given the tough market. What was most exciting though was the strength of culture and the overwhelming positivity of our entire team. The last few years have been challenging, the last 12 months have seen a much more subdued market environment. It is so exciting to see how strongly we are positioned as we start to head out of the current slower market.
Our focus as an organisation has always been on the client experience, and it’s been that commitment that has seen us voted yet again, most trusted real estate brand in New Zealand for the 12th year in a row! This is incredible recognition for our entire NZ team and a significant endorsement of our business model and finest experience strategy – you really can’t do any better than this.
The top people in our industry and our group have always understood that by delivering the finest experience, not only will our clients come back and choose to deal with us again, but they will also recommend us to the friends and family. There is no better source of business than repeat and referral.
As I said opening both the New Zealand and Australian HX events, there is no doubt we have the best foundation of any real estate group – our purpose, our values and our vision, we have the best platform of any real estate group – and we most definitely have the best people! Our clients tell us so.
And we also launched our new brand positioning line – “We Make It Possible”
The statement captures our commitment to our values - putting people first, being courageous, and always doing the right thing. It is an evolution of our brand promise and business to ensure we remain relevant for today and into the future.
We have the expertise, work ethic, and a track record of success that provides hope for anyone whose dreams and goals may feel out of reach. Our brand promise is straightforward: at Harcourts, we help others achieve success.
I’m looking forward to an awesome year ahead. Thank you for everything you do that allows this Group to continue to achieve the wonderful impact that we do on so many lives.

Thank you for making an important contribution to the Harcourts Group and congratulations Andy your induction into the prestigious Harcourts Hall of Fame
This year’s Harcourts Hall of Fame Inductee, Aaron Brooks, began his real estate career in 1992, achieving amazing success as well as playing a key role in Harcourts growth. Aaron has built a truly magnificent career and reputation based on genuinely investing in the success of those around him.
After his cadetship, Aaron began his real estate career in Toowong in 1995 under the tutelage of his uncle, Paul Brooks. There, Aaron developed a passion for Auctioneering.
In a chance meeting in 1996 Aaron was approached to run the auctioneering business for Harvey’s in Auckland, New Zealand, and it was during this period that a young Mike Green and even younger Aaron Brooks first met.
Establishing himself as a brilliant auctioneer for Harcourts Queensland in its formative years, Aaron was named as the REIQ Auctioneer of the Year in 2000.
Having conquered the Auction Landscape, Aaron was offered the role of Chief Executive Officer of Harcourts QLD. A role he relished. A born leader, communicator and by now a seasoned real estate operator, Aaron, over the next 10 years, took the Harcourts Queensland business to new heights, with many in the room tonight being part of that amazing growth.
As with anything, all good things must come to an end, and Aaron resigned from his post in 2012 to commence his own Coaching Business. With clientele across the Harcourts Group including Hall of Famer, Wendy Lenaghan, Harcourts Gympie Owner, Nathan O’Neill, and Harcourts Beenleigh’s Tony Ghanem - Harcourts was
never far from Aaron’s heart.
So, in 2013, Aaron rejoined the Harcourts Group, in partnership with Tony Ghanem at Beenleigh, and it is here that Aaron really found his calling and tribe.
Aaron appointed Sam Devlin as the Chief Auctioneer for Harcourts Beenleigh in 2014, and by 2016 they had opened their first office in Mt Gravatt, before purchasing Harcourts Coorparoo from Trent Powles in late 2016, and so, Harcourts Property Centre was born.
From 2016 to today, Aaron with his business partner Sam, and now Nathan, Kellie, and their shareholders, have built a business from zero people and zero properties under management, to now almost 2000 properties under management and over 160 property professionals.
Harcourts Property Centre or HPC, stands as Aaron’s most proud business achievement. He regularly points out that it is not a business, it is a family.
Aaron has conducted over 7,000 property auctions and worked with countless numbers of Australia’s leading sales consultants. He is a mentor to many in the industry, and the mental skills coach for HPC. With an ethos of working on yourself always, and in different ways, Aaron manages high performers and their energies like no one else.
Aaron Brooks is a significant part of the fabric of Harcourts’ rich history. Thank you for living and breathing Harcourts, and for being the driving force behind our successes in Queensland.

Every inspirational women event is special but sometimes the impact we make is nothing short of extraordinary.
Recently Harcourts’ Denyse McPhail stepped to the Inspirational Women podium to share her story finishing with an emotional video of the incredible work she and her daughters do with four orphanages near her Harcourts office in Nadi Fiji. A standing ovation followed and in the front row Brad Wood Director at Astute Financial Management called out “A thousand-dollar donation to Inspirational Women!”
We met with Denyse the next day to determine how best Brad’s money could be spent and she told us “These kids need to be able to go to school. $1000 could buy uniforms and resources so these children can have what they need to attend school and to look the same as all the other kids.”
I don’t know about you but when I holiday in Fiji or visit our Nadi office, I always wish that I could do more to help these inspirational happy kids who have so little. So now we can.
We’re excited to launch “It’s Cool to Be at School”, a joint venture between Inspirational Women and the Harcourts Foundation, providing essential educational for orphaned children.
“It’s Cool to Be at School “ will provide:

• School shoes and sports shoes - Offering both everyday school footwear and sports shoes to promote physical education and overall well-being.
• School backpacks - Supplying sturdy and reliable backpacks to carry their educational materials.
• Stationery packs - Equipping students with essential stationery, including notebooks, pens, pencils, and other supplies needed for their studies.
FULL KIT:
• School backpack
• Two complete school uniforms
• One pair of ports shoes
• Two pairs of school shoes
• Books and stationery
$100 QUARTER $50
The core objective of “It’s Cool to Be at School” is to ensure that as many children as possible from four orphanages in Fiji have the opportunity to attend school in 2025 and beyond. Education is a fundamental right that most of us take for granted. These children have not family nor home but together we can help them have a future.
Denyse McPhail of Harcourts Fiji continues to play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the initiative and will even drive them to school!
If you would like to be a part of this initiative you can purchase the school kits by reaching out to the team at Inspirational Women via email – info@inspirationalwomen.net

In the last edition of Inside Harcourts I wrote that the best marketing strategy you could implement was to ‘care’.
I’m not here to backflip on that – if anything, I’m doing metaphorical cartwheels because we have just launched our new brand position –We Make It Possible.
What’s the connection between ‘care’ and ‘We Make It Possible’ you ask? Well, it’s simple.
‘Care’ as it’s defined is to feel concern or interest; attach importance to something. It evokes a sense of prioritisation, concern, being engaged and showing or delivering on this in a way that’s meaningful for others.
‘We Make It Possible’ as our brand position has universal appeal (think sellers, buyers, landlords etc, but also recruitment), is clear and easy to understand and unlike other real estate brands, taps into the emotional not functional needs or wants of our customers.
But more than that and specifically why it can’t be copied is this - its authentically Harcourts because is linked to our vision (‘the finest experience in real estate’), purpose (‘to help others achieve success’) and values, none of which can be copied.
In our world, ‘care’ is entrenched in how we do business. We put people first, always look to be courageous whilst doing the right thing and having some fun and laughter in the right way.
‘We Make it Possible’ is a brand position that provides us with the platform that captures the essence of who we are and how we see and do things when it comes to providing solutions to help others achieve success.
It’s about the hope, the opportunity, the possibility in every situation, every scenario that we find ourselves in when it comes to helping someone with their real estate needs. There is simply no one who will work harder to ensure that those that we work with will not only have the finest experience, but also achieve success.
If you’ve attended one of the HX events across South Africa, New Zealand or Australia, you’ll have seen the launch live and have an appreciation for why this, with your help, can be a game-changer for our brands (and yes, that includes Nutrien Harcourts, NAI Harcourts and Mortgage Express).
Across NZ, Australia and South Africa, We Make It Possible has now been rolled out locally in country. For other parts of the Harcourts network who may not have seen it yet, never fear, it’s on it way to you – reach out to local Country Management who will be able to update you directly on when you can expect it.
With time moving quickly, the rubber now hits the road in terms of this new brand position having a game-changing impact and this is my call to arms to you, to help us. We need you to stand alongside
us and shout from the rooftops that at Harcourts, We Make It Possible.
If together as one team across eleven countries and with nearly 10,000 people in the network actively supporting the launch and ongoing use of some 398-ish marketing assets (the volume will vary depending on the colour of your brand, but rest assured, we’re working hard and fast to build out more for all brands) then we will simply be unstoppable. We’ll flood people’s social media feeds with video and static content. We’ll be inescapable from people’s ears and eyes on the roads, in the car and when collecting their mail.
There are assets to reach every customer (seller, investor/landlord, buyer, renter/ tenant) and prospective recruit that you’ll ever want and there are often multiple versions of different creative executions across a multitude of online (social, display, website homepage images, email signature etc) and offline (small and large outdoor, posters, print ads, DLs, window/wall decals, pull-up banners etc) environments that will give you a platform for success.
As mentioned, depending on where you are in the world, these assets will be available in the normal place you’d expect to find these – for markets like Australia and New Zealand, it’ll be your Harcourts Hub (see ‘Marketing’ page) or Campaign Track/Realhub. For others, like South Africa or the USA, it’ll be provided in the same way your country-based marketing team shares new campaign and
marketing materials with you – where you don’t have a contact, or way to get these, let me know and I’ll be only too happy to point you in the right direction.
Don’t wonder what to do next. It’s time to act. It’s time to sign from the rooftops that at Harcourts, We Make It Possible. I can’t wait for your feedback and to see your office, your team using all of the assets available to you to ensure that we become unstoppable.
Got questions, feedback or thoughts you want to share? Please reach out to me anytime where we can help.

With inspiring speakers, invaluable networking opportunities, and workshops that were nothing short of enlightening, HX exemplified the dynamism that defines Harcourts.
Yet, beyond the glittering awards and insightful sessions, another significant milestone deserves our attention—the extraordinary surge in our ‘new into blue’ movement. Record numbers of offices are opening their doors under the Harcourts name, and an unprecedented wave of rebranding to Harcourts is sweeping through the industry.
This growth isn’t just exciting; it’s essential. It’s a heartbeat that underscores our very existence, driven by our unwavering values and unique culture.

It’s been a busy time for Harcourts property management! We welcomed two new highly experienced team members, Rachel Atkin in Victoria and Betty Giovas in NSW. We have also just launched a ‘Leased’ tab to the Harcourts websites. You can customize this to suit, and have just a photo and suburb displayed, or the price and full address if you wish. This is the perfect opportunity to share your results publicly and at listing presentations, where you can demonstrate your success with comparable properties to those you are looking to secure as new business. All listings will display for 90 days from the day they are marked as leased in your listing uploader, such as Vault.
The PM Breakout Session at HX on the Gold Coast was another highlight. The agenda for this year included a brilliant presentation from Rachel Atkin on how to grow organically in a start up business, Ron Amram shared his knowledge about situational awareness
As we move further into 2024, the Australian real estate market continues to demonstrate resilience and adaptability amidst changing economic conditions. Harcourts Australia is proud to report robust activity and positive outcomes in our auction segments nationwide.
Market overview
The national auction scene has been buoyant, reflecting sustained buyer interest and competitive bidding. Major metropolitan areas such as Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane have shown particularly strong performance, driven by low interest rates, limited supply, and high demand for quality properties. Regional markets are also experiencing notable activity, as more Australians seek lifestyle changes and remote work options.
Trends and insights
There’s a noticeable trend towards smaller, more energy-efficient homes, reflecting a shift in buyer priorities towards sustainability. Additionally, properties with home office spaces and proximity to amenities continue to attract premium prices.
Vendor confidence is high, encouraged by strong market conditions and favorable auction results. This has led to an increase in listings, providing buyers with more options and fostering healthy competition.

As always, we had some amazing keynote speakers covering a very wide range of subjects from real estate to boxing to politics to Mount Everest to company culture to marketing. We were fortunate to have Martin Cooper all the way from New Zealand to share his thoughts on how better people make better real estate agents. His talk was one of the highlights of the Conference. Trent Sutton also unveiled the “We Make It Possible” campaign which was also enthusiastically received. The theme evening is always memorable, and this year was no exception. Everyone went all out to dress to the theme of “Winter Is Coming” and an epic evening unfolded. The live music and commitment to Fun and Laughter ensured that many of the team partied into the early hours of the morning! HX culminated with

Happy New Year 2024. This year is the busiest election year in the history that will take place in six countries including EU which represent 42% of global GDP and 41% of world population. Indonesia is one of them that will elect its new President on the 14th of February. The billions election funds will be injected to the economy that will generate multiplier impact of GDP growth in 2024. Furthermore, since the first general election in 1999, fiscal policies have been prudent whoever is in power. This provides an optimism despite some concerns. The year of 2023 has been a year with challenges both in economy and geopolitics. I would like to congratulate to all Harcourts members for being resilience.

Australia’s commercial property sector is experiencing challenges in delivery of new construction and the availability of space in the current market. Additional issues that confront the industry are tighter constraints from the lending market, high inflationary concerns and labour supply all of which have in turn impacted trading conditions. Sounds tough huh?
Real Estate has never really been different, it cycles up and cycles down, oversupply of stock to scarcity.
They say” buy straw hats in the winter and sell them in summer” to make a profit. Good staff and rent rolls for sale are straw hats we need right now. With Commercial markets reporting volumes across USA, Australia and NZ off anywhere from 40-60%, and cap rate expectations blowing out by150-200 basis points (sometimes more) in many mainstream markets, now is not the time to shy from taking strong action.
While the volumes have been off, there are a number of significant contributors to propping up the results for our agents and businesses. Consider some of the following factors;
• Minimal new and emerging stock as construction labour seeks safety in infrastructure and other government projects. Development sites are being repriced and many not being greenlighted due to poor feasibility.
• Reversions of the Work from Home period mopping up latent vacancies
• High finance costs and insolvencies bringing distressed assets to the market, but the buyer pool being hampered by hard-line lending policies.
• Inflationary environment causing rental rate spikes, which has in turn been a price trade off against increased yield demand. While we cannot solve all the economic issues at hand, our focus is to facilitate property transactions for our clients and customers. Depending on the market you operate in, it may be necessary to pivot from sales to leasing or from owner-occupier to investor and vice versa. Taking strong action in these challenging times is essential for success.

Both meetings were a fantastic start to the year, fostering learning, collaboration, and networking among the NAI Harcourts community. The significant value these cell group gatherings provide will ensure we continue these meetings throughout the year.
A huge well done and heartfelt thank you to all our NAI team members across the network. Your commitment and excellence continue to drive our success. Here’s to even greater achievements ahead!

“Harcourts Foundation Grants make a significant difference in the lives of vulnerable people in our community, providing them with vital resources and opportunities to overcome challenges, build resilience, and unlock their full potential.”
Grant Round 60 - 4 November 2023 to 3 February 2024 - has been one of the biggest grant rounds yet given, with organisations and charities from across Australia enabled to begin, or continue, to help those in need.
In Victoria, Maddie Riewoldt’s Vision, Southern Cross Kids Camp High Country Camp, and For Change Co. Ltd (pictured), an organisation combating youth homelessness through running their own café, each received grants.
The Backpack Venture in NSW, Foodbank of South Australia Incorporated in SA, and Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital Foundation in Queensland all benefited from grants.
$16,800 went to Launceston PCYC
Tasmania (pictured) to fully fund a special 8-week program focused on building resilience, self-esteem and encouraging positive relationships among at-risk youth.
One of the latest exciting initiatives is a partnership between the Harcourts Foundation and Inspirational Women called in School’ which will provide school essentials to children from four orphanages in Fiji (pictured).
“Whether the organisation in need is large or small, the Harcourts Foundation is proud to be there, facilitating the generosity of the Harcourts network in supporting their local community. Together, we make it possible.”
Congratulations to ETB Realty on being named as this year’s Harcourts Foundation National Inspirational Award Winner!
Over the past 12 months, the dedicated team from this winning franchise have consistently awarded grants to their community, through the Harcourts Foundation.
They have championed Gumboot Friday by organising their own Harcourts Gumboot Relay, demonstrating their ongoing dedication to their community. Additionally, they generously support their local hospice and a wide range of community groups and charities, making them truly deserving of this honour.
One standout initiative in the calendar is their annual support of Harcourts Dancing for Hospice. For the past seven years, the Rotorua team has passionately supported this fun, community event, raising funds for the Rotorua Community Hospice.
The Hospice Grants will be awarded to numerous hospices applying for assistance in November 2024, and our network will proudly participate in Gumboot Friday on 1 November 2024.
A heartfelt thank you to Erin Kingston, Wayne Pamment, and the entire ETB Realty team for your dedication to helping your community thrive. Your hard work and generosity are truly inspiring, and you should all be incredibly proud of the difference you make.
At HX 2024, the Harcourts Foundation took centre stage with a strong focus on fundraising throughout the event. The excitement kicked off on Sunday 26 May, with the HX Charity Golf Day, - sponsored by our business partner Stuff - raising $2,370. This energy continued into the following days, culminating in impressive auction highlights during the awards dinner. Notably, Tina Gao, Business Owner of Harcourts Best in Real Estate, secured a replica Chopper Bike for $10,000 – kindly donated by Marty Ritchie, Chief Executive Officer, Harcourts Team Group. Meanwhile, Kaine Wilson, Business Owner of Harcourts Regent Realty, won a signed 2011 Rugby World Cup Jersey worn by Keven Mealamu for $7,000 – generously donated by Kevin & Christine Seymour, Business Owners, Harcourts Port Realty. Altogether, these efforts raised an impressive $19,370, which will go towards making a significant positive impact on community groups and charities.

Harcourts is immensely proud of its sponsorship of ‘Lachy’s Long Way Home’, an audacious and inspiring campaign by determined athlete Lachy Cameron, who recently ran from Brisbane to Sydney, breaking the fastest known time record in the process.
In a feat of extraordinary courage and determination, Lachy covered this daunting distance of 925km in 10 days, seven hours, 56 minutes and 26 seconds, beating the previous record set in 2016 by a whole day.
In doing so, Lachy promoted the message that vulnerability is a show of strength, and that mental health is a battle worth fighting for.
“I want to help show a way forward through the darkness,” Lachy shares.
“Running is a big part of my holistic approach to mental health, so I wanted to incorporate that into my mission to help others. I’ve partnered with Heart On My Sleeve (HOMS) because of their belief that showing vulnerability is brave.”
“It’s incredibly strong to admit you’re not ok, and then to actually do something about it takes a lot of courage.”
Joining Lachy’s record-breaking run for mental health awareness was his mum and Harcourts NSW CEO Katrina Tarrant.
“This all came about because six years ago, he had an attempt on his own life, which came completely out of the blue for us as parents,” explains Katrina.
Lachy took up running during Covid and in four short years he has trained himself to become an elite athlete, as well as working full-time and completely turning his life around.
“He wanted to get out there every day to pound that pavement and suffer in public, so people know they don’t have to suffer in silence,” Katrina says.
Katrina herself only took up running in January, but she’s already helped her son raise $33,000.
“I took up running at the beginning of this year, so I was able to support him on this adventure and run stints with him to lift his spirits and ensure he didn’t feel alone.”
As well as that support, Harcourts sponsored a support crew van for the run, there was tremendous support from Katrina’s offices and friends, family and even complete strangers donated money.
“All the way down the coast, because I have Harcourts offices, I had people turning up at 7pm at night on dark, cold freeways, clapping him as he was coming into his stops, cheering him on and waving the Harcourts’ clappers.”
“Then there were people, because we had support crew t-shirts on, stopping us and saying, ‘What are you guys doing this for?’ And then they’d tell their own stories… and give us money,” she said.
As well as being there for her son, Katrina said Lachy’s journey had opened the door to having conversations about mental health, and not suffering in silence, with numerous people in her life.
“Mental health is such a challenge for our industry, and Lachy’s run has given me the opportunity to engage in so many important conversations with my real estate family,” she said.
“My Harcourts offices were amazing standing on the side of dark cold freeways cheering him on and even running with him.
“The real estate community rallied to get him home.”
Katrina notes there were also plenty of lessons that can be applied to various areas of life, including real estate.
“There were so many parallels to real estate in terms of, ‘How do you go from good to great, great to exceptional and exceptional to smashing a record of a legitimate athlete,” she says, “and all the while keep mentally healthy?”
“My hope for the run was simple,” continues Lachy.
“I want to show people the power of believing in yourself and that we are all worthy of the love we sometimes deny ourselves.”
We’re celebrating 20 years as a Registered Training Organisation!
Back in 2004 We knew we had the best classroom training in real estate so we decided to attach industry required competencies to underline that credibility.
Agents were told not to expect to earn any money in their first year but we wanted our people to earn money in their first month of their new career.
Our support is unequalled from:
• Mark our artificial intelligence (AI) portal guide
• Kate on help desk
From simple beginnings now 20 years on we provide a full Certificate IV qualification across 6 states of Australia. But we are more than entry level education. The HRETC offers:
• CPD
• Sales
• Commercial
• Auctioneering
• Business Broking
• Business Management
• Property Management
Quote from Jason Luckhardt head of commercial for NAI Australia “It is so pleasing that the academy recognizes the gap that exists in training for commercial real estate. They provide practical introduction units that address the essential starting elements for those looking to enter the commercial sales and lease market segment.”
Our point of difference is that our RTO is embedded in the actual real estate industry. By completing their studies with HRETC we can arrange introductions and make it possible for our students to be placed in real estate businesses.
• Ray our National study coach
• 6 Real Estate industry Coaches and
• 4 Assessors who also have real life Real Estate experience
The past 18 months have seen significant changes made to our student experience with an all-new engaging learning portal, easy open book assessments and Zoom fast track courses.

One of my first STHW courses included Nicola Hudson, who was where I was at when I started my own journey into real estate. Nicola’s energy and determination were evident, and she absorbed everything, asked insightful questions, and applied what she learned. Her commitment to coaching and continuous learning has paid off—she’s now the number one salesperson in her branch, has completed her Branch Manager’s qualification, and is part of the Leading Edge program. Nicola’s success is not down to any silver bullet, but stems from her attitude, clear goals, and leveraging our brand and network to achieve her deserved success.
After delivering STHW last week I was contacted by a new Sales Rep from Nutrien Harcourts who attended. She has gone back to her office full of energy and enthusiasm to execute a clear plan of prospecting. Today she reached out for guidance on going back to a past appraisal who had listed with another agent, listing has expired but still not sold. It’s great to see our newbies applying what they have learned, and having the courage to get out there to ask for the business.
This was a 5:00am start to drive to present to the Blackham & Co team for their 2024 Kickstart which I had the privilege of presenting alongside our Regional Manager (and previous Academy PC) Jo Abel. This was a memorable moment for me as we had so many laughs on our road trip, and also had the opportunity to hear from other outstanding speakers on this day.
Clare Seamer, Harcourts Mandurah, began her real estate career over two decades ago and immersed herself in the Harcourts brand in 2010. Having worked in all facets of the business led them to Business Ownership, giving them a deeper perspective in leading their team.
Not just a hugely successful sales career of their own, our recipient mentors those within their large team as well as being a trusted advisor and confidant to others within the group, all while keeping a firm focus on the opportunity to give back to the industry.
Our nominee lives and breathes the ethos of the Harcourts Values of “People First”, “Doing the Right Thing”, “Being Courageous” and “Fun & Laughter”. Communication, honesty, and integrity are the attributes this person values the most. Their courage in sharing their life story through Inspirational Women has paved the way for others to share their journey through courageous times.
Leading a big team to a high level of success requires the endurance and strength of a remarkable human being, particularly so when doing it well. Being a multi-award-winning salesperson is icing on the cake to their client and team focus. Their motto “a client today is a client for life” is their driving force and inspiration.
Their key leadership role ensures that both clients and team members receive the finest experience with each interaction. This recipient is passionate and consistent in leading by example and credits this discipline and dedication to the pivotal role they play in their office and the Harcourts group.
It’s only befitting that we celebrate the contribution that Clare gives to her office.
