Birthdays are always a big celebration with family and friends at a party or just at your house with a cake, but for Riker and Rocky they spent their birthdays in Vegas. The pair brought their family along for the crazy ride of clubs, hotels, and to check out the venue for their three day concert series in the glamorous "Venetian" running from Decemeber

Year's Day. We know that there was and will be more shenanigans in Vegas for the band and these photos clearly tell us that "what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas" applies.

This rumor has been spreading around the R5Family for a little while and we don?t blame you for wondering if they broke up. As of now we think they are still together because they haven?t come forward and told the fandom about their relationship. Yes, they are both doing there own thing, but that doesn?t mean they aren?t still together. Right now it?s still a rumor and we think they are still together because of this evidence.

R5 has a new movie coming out on DVD?

R5 has a new movie coming out on DVD? I wish this was true but it?s not at all. On Amazon, there was a R5 movie that was coming out this December. The movie called ?R5-The Time is Now? was a documentary movie about their lives just like ?All Day All Night.? With more investigation into this rumor, the movie description and appearance looked fake and was not verified by the band or their management. So please, R5 Family, DO NOT PURCHASE THIS MOVIE! It is a fake and the person behind it just wants your money.
Rumor Rydel was caught vaping? R5?s photographer, Will Von Bolton, was in Vegas with R5 and he captured a girl that looks very similar to Rydel. The mystery blonde girl with pink acrylics made some of the R5Family think it was Rydel smoking a vapor in the streets of Vegas. Of course this is a rumor because Rydel hasn?t made any inference of smoking in the past and she doesn?t even like alcohol let alone smoking. In the photo, the mystery girl looks a little older than Rydel hence the small wrinkles. You can also tell that the girl?s nose is different from Rydel?s. The girl?s nose is more pointed at the end then Rydel?s.

EUROPE Europe has always been a top touring stop for all bands, but for R5 their dream of going to Europe has changed dramatically. The band has been to Europe three times ever since the Louder Tour. Along with playing sold out shows every night, the band explores the cities, try different foods you can’t find in America and being tourists. R5's Halloween Celebration R5's Halloween this year was revamped from just dressing up and child's play to late night parties and horror nights at the Universal Studios in Hollywood.

Riker and Savannah (Vanni) paired up as Captain Jack Sparrow and Angelica from Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides. Rydellington was Khaleesi or Daenerys Targaryen from Game of Thrones and Toothless from How to Train Your Dragon. Rocky dressed up as Jack from Pirates of the Caribbean. Ross and Courtney dressed adorned Romeo and Juliet costumes from the 1996 verison of the famous love story. Ryland was the sprakling vampire Edward Cullen and Savannah Hudson (his maybe girlfriend) was David Bowie. The band+Ryland+girlfriends hung out at the Just Jared Halloween party and then rented a HUGE party bus to finish the frightful night.

INTERVIEW WITH ROSS' LEATHER JACKET What inspired you to start editing? R- I love R5 and I wanted to be able to show how amazing they are to more people so I started making edits. I've actually had a bunch of people that said they became r5ers just from going through my page.
Why do you keep doing what you do? R- It's kind of addicting to be honest. If I'm sad, I'll make a more heartfelt edit and if I'm happy I'll make a more upbeat edit. It helps me get my emotions out. What's your most favorite vine that you have made? R- This Rydel, black and white one. What do you love to see on vine? R- You, Fangirl life, Lacey field, any good R5 edits and especially ones when they were young then grown up

Social Media is an amazing way for people to meet people with the same interest. The R5 Family is a big fandom on Twitter and you can see that. Make sure you use it to your advantage; but remember be use all the Internet safety stuff you have learned your whole life.

Everybody is human and makes mistakes but be nice. Don't be someone who says things online that they wouldn't say in person. You're allowed to have your opinions on, for example. the boys relationships, but that doesn't mean you can tweet them mean things.

Make fake accounts for the band.
Don't pretend you are them so you can get follows or people's information. A couple band members have posted in the last couple months that there are fake accounts out there. If it is not verified, its not them!

Be careful
You never know who you are talking to online, but that doesn't mean to stay away from everyone! Be cautious when telling people over the internet personal things about yourself, like where you live or where you work.

Meet
Marina For Marina, her hobby has always been art. She first draws whatever she wishes, scans them into a computer, then edits them on Photoshop to create beautiful works of art. The 18 year old from Russia loves to hang out with her friends, draw (of course) and “drink (lime juice) and be merry.” To her drawing is an outlet of creativity and she doesn’t care if it’s “perfect.” Marina or marina_r5family from Instagram has been featured on the R5Family Art page on countless times and her page has been liked by Alexa Dowd once. With 129 followers, she is the new upcoming featured artist this issue of the R5Family Magazine. Follow her on Instagram @ marina_r5family for more art!
How did you learn how to draw like that? It’s very different.
Do you have anyone that inspires you? A friend or a family member?
I choose the pictures I like and apply effects after drawing.
My younger brother, he is invited to try to draw.
Do you do that on a computer? On the phone. Cool! What apps do you use if you use any?
Is he good at drawing like yourself? Yeah but does not paint portraits. What advice do you have for people who want to learn how to draw?
Normal photoshop. If you could sit down a celebrity and draw them who would it be?
Let them try to draw, learn, try and not to be in despair! Who is your favorite member in R5?
R5 groups are steep. What gets you in the mood to draw? Listening to music.
Ross, I love them all very much and would like to go to their concert.
Why do you love Ross? He is a very talented, smart, funny, beautiful and also loves his fans as they did. What do you like to do in your free time? Drawing. What is your best piece of artwork? There is no such. Well I think all of your artwork is amazing! You are so talented. Do you want a career in art at all? Thanks very nice. No I think there is just a hobby in my spare time. What would you like to do in the future then?
I don’t know, maybe be a psychologist, but a dream of mine is to be an actor. What’s your favorite song from R5? It can be a new or old one. The new album is a masterpiece. From the old one I liked I Want U Bad, Forget About You and all of the new.

WHICH OF RYDEL'S SONGS ARE YOU? 1. You're walking onto your school's stage to receive an award, when you suddenly slip and fall on your face...in front of the whole school. What do you do? A. Quickly get up, feeling a bit embarrassed, and try to figure out how to undo the embarrassment. B. Focus on whether or not you're injured (You're not). Who cares what the students think? C. Shrug it off. You're here to receive an award, and nothing can kill that! D. Laugh it out and do a little bow. If you're going to have the school laugh at you, you might as well have fun and laugh, too! 2. You just moved to a new town, away from your friends. How do you act? A. Try hard to make new friends. It's tough out there, and if you want friends, you have to do it all: go to all the parties, attend all the events, and talk to everybody you meet who shows a little interest. B. You act the same as you've always acted, even if it seems a bit weird. It's up to everybody else if they want to be friends with you or not, and if they don't, that's their problem. C. You keep contact with your old friends as much as possible. You hate that you had to move, but that doesn't mean you have to lose your friends! D. You rock out and have fun! Join clubs! Meet people! 3. You find out your best friend cheated on a very important test. How do you react? A. Get angry at them and threaten to tell on them. After you two get into a fight, you talk to them calmly and make sure he or she won't do it anymore. (And you stay friends) B. Tell on them. Right away. And then you make a big deal over it. Cheating? CHEATING?!?! What an outrage! C. Don't say anything. You don't want your friend to get in trouble, even if you do feel uncomfortable about the whole thing. D. Ask him or her how he or she did it. If your friend knows the secret to great grades, you should, too!
4. You're at home, doing homework, when you feel a bit hungry. You've got enough cash to go out, and a car. Where do you go? A. You go to the most expensive place you know. You've got the cash, so why not splurge a little? B. You go to the drug store a block from your house. It's very cheap, close and quick, and you know (and love) the owners. (Of course, everyone at school thinks it's trashy, but who cares what they think?) C. Call up your friends or boyfriend/girlfriend and go to your favorite restaurant. D. Why settle for just food when you can go all out? You go to a karaoke bar or one of those arcades that serve pizza, and bring some friends along, too (they're as psyched as you are).
5. Your phone starts ringing. Who do you think it is? A. You don't have time to check the caller IDyou're already answering the phone. B. Your neighbor, who wants your dog to stop pooping over her lawn. C. Your boyfriend or girlfriend. Or one of your friends. And they're not the ones calling. You are. D. That cute guy/girl you met the other day at the party or at the beach and traded phone numbers with.

World Choreography Awards Experience Written By: Lucy The World Choreograhy Awards were held on November 16th. The R5Family were elated that the bassist and DWTS runner up Riker had been given the opportunity to host the event. One lucky girl, @savvyriker, on Twitter, was able to go and see the show as well as meeting the man himself and we have managed to grab a quick interview with her so she could share her experience with us. L: Hey! So how was it l ike meet ing Riker? @Savvyriker: It was the best experience of my entire life. I was really nervous at first to go up to him and say hi and ask for a picture, but he was so sweet and made me feel comfortable like I was talking to a friend. And I hugged him and said I love him, and we took our picture. He was so kind and thanked me for coming. :) L: How did you get t icket s? @Savvyriker: Well, I mentioned it to my mom in the car one day after school not even expecting her to want to go, but she asked me how much tickets were, and when we got home I looked them up on the website and she bought them for us. L: How did you t o meet Riker? Did you just see him on t he st reet or was it under a dif f erent circumst ance?
@Savvyriker: I was waiting in the lobby before the show because they hadn't begun to let people into the house to their seats yet, and I looked to the left of me and all of R5 was walking towards me because they were going to go out to the red carpet to take pictures there and I caught some of them before and met the rest after they were on the red carpet. L: Who did you get pict ures wit h? @Savvyriker: All of R5 and Courtney and Vanni! I saw Ryland a lot, but I never had to opportunity to get a picture with him. L: Any of t he perf ormances t hat st ood out t o you? @Savvyriker: Well, Riker's little jive he did at the beginning was for sure a highlight. The opening piece for the second half of the show which was about anti-bullying was also a stand out. The choreography (done by Jessica Starr) was excellent and creative! L: Was t here anyt hing bad in t he awards at al l ? @Savvyriker: Personally, I didn't find any faults with the show. It was amazingly well done!
