Building F is available for lease and is 4,275 sq ft. and can be divided. Building K shell is finished, & available for lease and is 5,000 sq ft. and dividable. Siding is installed and lanai is finished all except the slab. Foodland plans are in the design phase.

Building M ( Family Heath and Wellness & Diagnostic Laboratory Services) shell is complete. Family Health and Wellness plans are in design as well as Diagnostic Laboratory Services. A lease has been signed for M-103 for The Spa at Waikoloa. M-104, M-105, M-106 and M-107 are available for lease.

Building J (Kohala Coffee Co., Pudgee Panda & Coco Cantina) shell is complete. Pudgee Panda is almost complete amd ready for finals. Kohala Coffee has been issued a couple of revisions have been submitted to the COH. Coco Cantina is at the County of Hawaii in review.

Building A (Napa Auto & Brazilian Steakhouse) siding has been installed and the roofing material is installed. There is a new lease signed for the Brazilian Steakhouse. Napa permit has been issued and TI’s have begun.

Building G (Pueo’s Osteria) Grand Opening was November 8th. They are open and serving dinner, Tuesday thru Sunday. Addition of lanai for G-102 has been permitted and construction will begin soon. G-102 is available for lease.

Building C (Goodwill Hawaii, Black Lava Vape and Sushi HI & L&L ) Goodwill’s tenant improvement are complete and a Certiciate of Occupancy has been issued. Black Lava Vape is permitted and tenant improvements have begun. MH Nail Salon has been submitted to the County. Eyecare Waikoloa has been submitted via EPIC. Sushi’s tenant improvements have begun. Greg Arcibal grew up in Waimanalo, Hawaii. After graduating from Kailua High School, he was given a football scholarship to Sterling College in Sterling, Kansas. That is where he met his wife, Linda and they were married right after graduating from college. They moved to California and lived there for 19 years. During that time Greg worked for Houlihan’s, Pyramid Brewery, and Red Robin. They then moved to Denver, Colorado where Greg worked for The Elephant Bar and The Egg & I restaurants. Later they moved to Austin, Texas where Greg was the District Operator for the First Watch Restaurant. They moved back to the Island in 2017. Greg and Linda have 3 children: Erica, Jordan, and April, a son in law, Austin, a daughter in law Aleia and a Border Collie named Tsuga. We have locations at Puna Kai Shopping Center in Pahoa, Hawaii and Hilo Hawaii. New location at Waikoloa Plaza will be coming soon!
