Building H (Popeye’s) tenant improvements plan set have been sumitted to the County of Hawaii for permitting.

Building M ( Family Heath and Wellness & Diagnostic Laboratory Services) shell is complete. Family Health and Wellness plans are in design as well as Diagnostic Laboratory Services. A lease has been signed for M-103 for The Spa at Waikoloa. M-104, M-105, M-106 and M-107 are available for lease.

Building J (Kohala Coffee Co., Pudgee Panda & Coco Cantina) shell is complete. Pudgee Panda’s is open everyday from 12-8pm. Kohala Coffee tenant improvements are completed and they are estimated to open in March 2024. Coco Cantina’s plans are in the County of Hawaii for review.

Building A (Napa Auto & Brazilian Steakhouse) shell is complete. The Tenant Improvement plans for Brazilian Steakhouse are in the County of Hawaii for review. Napa Auto Parts is now open.

Lofts East at Waikoloa is completed and100 % Leased.

All permits are in hand for Lofts West at Waikoloa and vertical construction has begun with site paving complete. Occupancy for the first phase is scheduled for 3rd quarter 2024.

Lofts South at Waikoloa permits are issued, and plans are in place to start construction Fall 2024.
