Building N is available for lease and is 3,231 sq ft. and can be divided into 3 spaces, N101, N102 and N103 at 1,084 sf, 1063 sf, 1084 sf respectively. Building K shell is finished & fully leased. Siding is installed and lanai is finished all except the slab. Foodland plans are in the design phase. L&L Barbeque & Fireart Cuisine are now open!
Building J (Kohala Coffee Co., Pudgee Panda & Coco Cantina) shell is complete. Pudgee Panda’s is open everyday from 12-8pm. Kohala Coffee tenant improvements are completed and they are estimated to open in March 2024.
Coco Cantina’s plans are in the County of Hawaii for review.

Pueo’s Osteria is open and serving dinner, call for reservations. 808-339-7566 or online. They are back to 7 days a week and a new bar menu. G-103 is 1400 sq sf. and is available for lease.
Building C (Goodwill Hawaii, Black Lava Vape & L&L ) MH Nail Salon building permit has been issued,and tenant improvements have begun. Eyecare Waikoloa is now open and seeing patients. Fireart Cuisine is now open Monday - Sunday 11 am to 9 pm. Unit C105 has been leased to a IKKYU Ramen Noodle Shop. Sweet Indulgence’s anticipates opening in March. L&L BBQ is now open and serving the community.
Lofts at Waikoloa is now 100% occupied.
Lofts East at Waikoloa is completed and100 % Leased.
All permits are in hand for Lofts West at Waikoloa and vertical construction has begun with site paving complete. Occupancy for the first phase is scheduled for 2nd quarter 2024.
Lofts South at Waikoloa permits are issued, and plans are in place to start construction Fall 2024.
