The size of detectable openings depends on the type of the film, on the thickness on the surface characteristics and on the temperature variations suffered during the welding process. Nominal value can be provided after analysis of sample products

The sensitivity threshold can be set on the HMI

1. L’Unità di Controllo è in grado di gestire fino a 4 Quatis.

KIT CALIBRI

Il kit consente la taratura del sistema di visione del Quatis, sia in fase di start-up della macchina, sia per controlli di manutenzione e verifica.

KIT OF TEMPLATES

The kit allows for the calibration of Quatis vision system, both during the start-up of the machine, and for maintenance and verification checks.

TELECAMERA INTERNA SORVEGLIANZA

All’interno della macchina si può applicare una telecamera motorizzata per poter osservare da remoto il funzionamento delle parti interne, questo è particolarmente utile nelle operazioni di teleassistenza.

SURVEILLANCE INTERNAL WEBCAM

A motorized IP CAM can be installed inside the machine allowing the operator to remotely monitor the internal parts, this is particularly useful during remote assistance.

3. GRUPPO DI CONTINUITÀ

Le macchine possono essere dotate di un gruppo di continuità che salvaguarda il funzionamento dei PC industriali in caso di improvvisa mancanza di corrente. In questo modo non vengono mai persi dati e non si sottopone l’elettronica a sbalzi di tensione.

UNINTERRUPTABLE POWER SUPPLY

The machines can be equipped with an UPS unit used to protect the industrial computer(s) in case of any accidental loss of power supply. In such case it also guarantees no data loss by correctly switching off the industrial

TASTIERA CON MOUSE

L’interfaccia con l’operatore, normalmente gestita da monitor touch, può essere completata con l’adozione di mouse e tastiera USB in modo da facilitarne l’uso nelle programmazioni più complesse.

KEYBOARD AND MOUSE

The Human Machine Interface of the machine can be used in touch mode, however a kit of Keyboard and mouse may be provided to facilitate performing more complex procedures.

5. KIT DI SINCRONIZZAZIONE

E’ un sistema di rilevamento della velocità istantanea del nastro posto a monte della macchina.

E’ possibile installarlo sulla maggior parte dei sistemi di trasporto esistenti ed è in grado, tramite un encoder di rilevare la velocità del nastro di alimentazione del Quatis permettendo al Plc di adeguare la velocità dei trasporti interni al Quatis in tempo reale.

ENCODER SYNCHRONIZATION KIT

The kit measures the speed of the conveyor upstream the machine. It can be installed of the majority of the existing conveyors and, through an encoder, can check the speed of the conveyor feeding the Quatis. The PLC will then adjust the speed of the conveyors inside the Quatis machine accordingly.

Tutte le macchina Quatis dotate di sistemi di scarto per i prodotti non conformi, possono essere dotate di sistemi di trasporto personalizzati per gestire gli scarti. Questi nastri sono sia interni alla macchina, sia esterni per movimentare i prodotti scartati nello stabilimento.

REJECTED PRODUCTS CONVEYOR

Quatis machines with rejection option can be provided with a conveyor to move rejected non-conformed products outside the machine. These conveyors may reside be placed inside or outside the machine area or to remove the products from the working zone.
