Citadelle is a distilled gin the botanicals are not distilled, they are infused. Alexandre Gabriel has learned to distill in the most authentic pot still, the alembic “Charentais”. An ancient style of distillation that is about slow and gentle concentration of flavours.

San Andres is made of espadin agave grown at 1,036m in the chalk rich soil south of Oaxaca. Under the watch of master distiller Don Valente Angel García Juárez, this mezcal is roasted in an underground pit, shredded, and fermented 15 days. A rich, floral and light agave spirit.


This mezcal is made entirely from espadin agave the iron rich soil of the river town of San Juan. The harvested above 1,125m and baked in underground fermented for 15 days. It is a smoky, vegetal and sweet produced by youthful distiller, Don Joel Cruz.

Produced by Karina Abad and Joel Antonio, using 100% Espadín Agave, at a 900 to 1,900 MASL Altitude. The agave is harvested at between 8 9 years old, and is roasted in an underground, conical atone oven pit with mesquite firewood, smashed with horse driven Chilean tahona. Fermented in 800 litre cylindrical pinewood tubs without accelerators, and with classical music to aid the cycle of micro organisms for 1 2 weeks, depending on the season, and double discontinuous distillation in copper still. In 2013, the President of Mexico awarded Grupo Los Danzantes the Annual National Quality Award of Mexico.

During the 1970s and 1980s, Michter’s Original Sour Mash Whiskey was the distillery’s single most popular product. While the “Sour Mash” moniker originated from the whiskey production process of the same name whereby some previously fermented mash is used as the starter for the new mash to be fermented, much like making sourdough bread. With its unique grain selection, it cannot be categorised as rye or a bourbon. After disappearing from the market in 1989, Michter’s original Sour Mash Whiskey made a triumphant return in 2012.

Unlike Bourbon or Rye, which by definition, must be aged in new oak barrels, this US*1 Unblended American Whiskey is aged in a way that utilises whiskey soaked barrels to achieve a rich and unique flavour profile. Sullivans Cove Old & Rare bottlings are reserved for the very few casks allowed to age for at least 16 years. With the philosophy to bottle whiskies at their peak of flavour and character, regardless of age, and the vast majority of their whiskies hitting their peak at around 10 12 years, it is only once in a while that their skilled distillers identify a cask with the specific characteristics that allow for extended maturation. The result is the oldest and rarest of Australian whiskies something only possible at Sullivans Cove as the only distillery in Australia that has been using full sized casks since the mid 1990s.

A variety of herbs, roots and other botanicals are infused some hot steeped, others cold infused to create this uniquely American take on a classic Italian style of spirit. Defined by its bitter backbone, driven predominantly by gentian root, citrus high notes by California grown Seville oranges, and balsam fir and cascara sagrada (bark from the California buckthorn) contribute to the woody notes.
It was originally produced in Turin, Italy under the name Torino Gran Classico. The recipe was purchased in 1925 by the small Swiss distillery E. Luginbühl, and a version has been produced for mostly local consumption ever since. Gran Classico was developed by reverting back to the original recipe; it is made from a maceration of 25 aromatic herbs and roots including wormwood, gentian, bitter orange peel, rhubarb, and hyssop.

The “Chartreuse 1605 Liqueur d’Elixir” was created in 2005 to commemorate the 400th anniversary of the Manuscript. This Elixir gave birth to the Green Chartreuse and in 2005 the Chartreuse monks created the “Chartreuse 1605” to pay tribute to this powerful first liqueur.


The “Liqueur du 9° Centenaire” was created in 1984 to commemorate the 900th year of Chartreuse Monks (The founding of the Grande Chartreuse Monastery in 1084). Its colour is also entirely natural and it is a little bit sweeter than the Green Chartreuse.
The 700ml bottle is a replica of the one used in the 18th century and bears an identification number on its back label.

Walnut liqueur is a local speciality of Daupiné, the area surrounding the Charteuse monastery. The bottling is produced using green walnuts, which are harvested by hand on the 24th of June, also known as St. John’s Day.

These are candied cherries soaked in Luxardo marasca cherry syrup. The percentage of marasca cherries in jars and tins is about 50% and so is the percentage of syrup. No thickening agents of any type and no preservatives are used. The dark red colour is all natural. Their unique taste comes from the marasca cherry syrup which is made starting from the same juice used to prepare the infusion for the Cherry Liqueur “Sangue Morlacco”.

Today, like in the golden age of cocktails, Luxardo Original Maraschino Cherries are used in the world’s best bars. The syrup itself may be used in many cocktails as a flavoured sugar. They are also ideal over ice cream.
