Citadelle Gin

Citadelle is a distilled gin the botanicals are not distilled, they are infused. Alexandre Gabriel has learned to distill in the most authentic pot still, the alembic “Charentais”. An ancient style of distillation that is about slow and gentle concentration of flavours.

Aged in Bourbon casks, then in Ferrand barrels, this old Barbadian rum owes its complexity to the different species of wood used and their various degrees of toasting, as well as to different climates: tropical in Barbados and continental in Cognac.
