Allison, Emily our daughter, and I, greatly enjoyed our time in the USA in April. It was a wonderful mix of both business and pleasure.

We had the privilege of catching up with old friends and meeting many new ones. Seeing our vision for Project114 received with such enthusiasm has been so encouraging.

Thank you for your love and care while we were Stateside. We are most grateful to those who hosted us and helped arrange fun times with Emily, such as the Ark Encounter and Museum in Kentucky and horse riding at the Garden of the Gods in Colorado.

These are memories we will cherish forever.

We stand with each one of you as you honor and grieve the many Americans who have laid down their lives for your freedom and the freedom of all humanity. It is impossible to comprehend how the sacrifice of so many American servicemen and women has shaped the course of world history.

After returning from the USA, it is a clear reminder why we do what we’ve been called to do, and that is, we share a common responsibility for Christian’s on the "front-line and the home-front”. As we reflect on the lives that were given in the service of freedom, I encourage you to pause and consider your brothers and sisters who lay down their lives for the Gospel every day on the Frontline of faith. Project114 serves soldiers of the Cross who have boldly sacrificed everything, to see the lost found and those enslaved in darkness experience freedom in Christ.

NEWS from the FRONT LINE REIGNITE HOPE MIDDLE EAST "This course is really changing lives here. I need more trainers as soon as possible."

EGYPT Praise the Lord with us for Mani in Egypt, who is making great progress reaching the broken and discouraged in his city through our Planted for Purpose Trauma Recovery Course. As our capacity to fund these projects grow, Mani has a vision to reach persecuted and isolated believers and churches in 6 Middle Eastern countries with whom he is connected.

Since launching the project in Egypt, Mani has be overwhelmed with people reaching out to him asking for the course, and it's not hard to see why. In Egypt, as in many other Middle Eastern countries, your religion is stated on your identity card. This makes discrimination and persecution easy – you are overlooked for jobs, planning permits are hard to obtain and you are a target when you go to church.

SRI LANKA Praise the Lord for Shen and his wife in Sri Lanka who are working on several new projects. They will be traveling with their young son, to the most dangerous part of the country in the coming weeks. The plan will be to meet with pastors and NGO’s working in that region to train them in our resources, including Art Therapy Workshops. Pray for protection as they will be treading in hot spots known for random attacks by extremists and Buddhist monks hostile to Christian presence.

MYANMAR Praise the Lord for Silas in Myanmar and his tenacity and faithfulness. Silas was our first Country Care Coordinator. He has spent the last three months traveling through different parts of War-Torn Myanmar raising up leaders and trainers who can train others with our resources.

Along with a new translation of our resources into the Chin language, Silas is trialing an audio version of our trauma course. Please keep praying for his safety. He says the situation in the country is getting worse by the day.

UKRAINE UPDATE Pray for Julia, one of our Mom trainers in Ukraine. Julia’s brother was seriously wounded on the frontline, and she had to return to her hometown to care for him. We do not yet have an update.

Hannah, another team member had to take extended leave from the project to address her own mental health. Even with these team setbacks, the Ukraine team is doing well and working towards helping more people with our resources.

Their main prayer requests are for safety and managing their mental health and burn out.

360 prayer Praise the Lord for our intercessory prayer project. We now have prayer warriors from six nations involved. Pray for Sandy our international prayer coordinator and her team as they train the intercessors and work toward including more prayer warriors from India, Nepal and Indonesia.
