How We Are Unique Performance Based Design Progressive AE lives by a fundamental philosophy that design drives performance. In fact, it is our mission and we call it Performance Based Design. We don’t just design, create and build for fun (that’s just a bonus!); we ensure our work ties back to our clients’ strategic vision and enables their success. This means we do a deep dive into our client’s world to fully understand performance drivers, establish tangible design measures, and then validate outcomes post-occupancy. The most universal performance drivers include people, processes, systems and finances — it can be one or two, or a blended mix of all four. Physical Space Our offices are designed to support the work we do. Collaboration is a key part of the design process. We also know your best work doesn’t always happen sitting at a desk. That’s why we have areas where teams can pull together, brainstorm, discuss, review and work through solutions together. We also have quieter areas when you need to accomplish heads down tasks. However you work best, there’s a place to make it happen. We Are a Design-Led Firm No matter your role, we believe you are an integral part of the design process. Everyone’s opinion matters.
