does not mark a farewell to summer but rather a see you later. Autumn arrives impetuous with its own bustle, it marks our lives with its changes of mood; some hours warm, some cooler and others cold.

Along with these weather changes that allow us to wear multifaceted outfits on the same day, various diseases related to the upper respiratory system can also arrive, classified as viral infections, also known as colds. Enjoying Autumn is “mandatory” but the recommendation to protect ourselves must also be mandatory to avoid being a victim of allergies, flu, bronchitis, bronchial asthma, dermatitis, ear infection, arthritis, sinusitis and other ailments that worsen during this season.
