For Vier Diamanten the iconic fish made of cans commercial, ran continuously on Austrian TV, highly recognisable and delivering to the brands image. To further boost the broadness of our tuna offering, the TVC was accompanied by a new tag-on, inviting the viewer to dive into the variety of products that Vier Diamanten has to offer and at the same time put the new Tuna in Olive Oil with Chili variant in the spotlight.

SOCIAL MEDIA COVERAGE

An important aspect of rejuvenating the brand and its target audience is to build our social media reach and increase brand presence in these channels. This was aimed at connecting with young adults, interested in food and a healthy lifestyle and curious to try new things. Delivering content that links with inspiration, sustainability and a bit of fun.

PRODUCT NEWS

At the end of 2020 and toward the start of 2021 we introduced our added-value Vier Diamanten Olive Oil + Chili. This new product variety spices up the shelves of many Austrian retailers and the tuna steak combines very well with the fine taste of olive oil and chili peppers. A very easy meal component to add an extra punch to your dishes.

Catering for the needs of consumers, the range of tower packs has been extended to tuna in Olive Oil. Making a total of four brand choices for real tuna lovers, who can’t get enough of our products.

Launched in 2010, the Wielkopolski brand has become one of the most well-known brands in Poland’s edible oils category, improving its market share and brand awareness year on year. This progress is driven by the quality of the product, which offers consumers quality cooking oil that they trust to bring out the best in their dishes.

BRAND REFRESH NATIONAL LOTTERY

2021 has seen us refresh our brand. By simplifying the logo, our research has shown that we are appealing to a wider audience and making the SKUs more visible on shelf.

We have also improved the health benefits and prevenance credentials. All of our oils now have the benefit of vitamins E & K, they are made in Poland and our bottles have improved their rPET content from 51% to now 100%. Every year Wielkopolski run a national lottery. This is extremely popular and raises our sales as well as building brand awareness.

This year’s lottery started in October 2021 and runs to January 2022.

Every day three people will win 100 PLN and every month, one person will win a year’s salary* of 33,600PLN.

This 3-month long event is supported by a comprehensive advertising campaign including social media, TV, Radio, PR and digital/ video.

LOCAL, PURE, AND SUSTAINABLE!

Changing the attitudes of our shoppers is one of the main goals for our brand. In 2018, we were the first brand in Poland with 51% recycled plastic content. In 2021, we’ve upgraded our portfolio by creating a 2 litres bottle made from in 100% recycled packaging.

The launch of the bottle is supported by a campaign including extensive PR, digital, radio, and in-store marketing, with the hashtag #dajZsiebie100% (give 100% of yourself), for our sustainable future!!!
