1. Barge boards - front and rear roof overhanging boards, to accommodate the fascias.
2. Barge covers - pressed steel as roof tile, left hand/right hand to fit over the front and rear fascia onto the roof tile (nailed into place).
3. Boiler flue sleeve - a white/black sleeve fitted to a horizontally fitted flue, closest to body colour.
4. Boiler piping - 15mm and 22mm copper as going into the boiler.
5. Box section - the main chassis member.
6. Chassis - steel structure the home is built on.
7. Cornice - moulding used to finish around the top of a wall mounted unit (kitchen).
8. Coving / Ceiling edge trim - plaster coving (flat ceiling). Available in various sizes / shapes:-
a. 50mm x 20mm square edge painted;
b. 50mm x 20mm with shadow groove painted;
c. 31mm x 18mm perimeter moulding (vinyl wrap). (Unless otherwise specified by customer).
9. Downpipe Shoe - rainwater component that fits on the bottom of the downpipe, to direct the water away.
10. Exterior cladding, either:-
a. 6mm multi pro fire-retardant boards if stucco finish;
b. 9mm ply if a further exterior cladding is required (CanExel or timber cladding)
11. Exterior wall insulation – 75mm earth wall fibre glass wrapped in low emissivity reflective membrane with 20mm battens.
12. External finish - stucco finish (flexible, durable textured coat).
a. Log lap timber tongue and groove cladding;
b. ThermoWood tongue and groove cladding;
c. CanExel (wood fibre, resin and wax) fused together under pressure.
13. Fall (gutter) - the gutter height drop from front to back to allow rainwater to drain away.
14. Fascia - either plastic, timber or CanExel. Planted onto the timber fascia board of the roof.
15. Floor bearer - 120mm x 42mm timber section.
16. Floor cavity pipe work - 15mm and 22mm plastic piping (speed fit or Hep2O).
17. Floor covering –
a. Vinyl (various thicknesses);
b. Carpet hessian backed;
c. Carpet underlay;
d. Laminate 8mm with 3mm underlay.
18. Floor insulation - earth wall fibre glass.
19. Floor frame - fixed to the chassis using 8 x 100 / 8 x 130mm bolts.
20.Floor decking - moisture resistant 18mm foil backed tongue and grooved chipboard / 18mm WBP (water and boil proof) square edge external ply. Fixed to the floor frame using 2”x 8 course thread wood screws.
21. Gutter - fitted to either side of the home, with a fall to either end of the home or both.
22. H section - colour matched section to join the soffits together in between roof trusses.
23. Hardboard cladding - the underside of the floor frame to keep the insulation in.
24. Internal window mouldings - as per door casing.
25. J trims - colour matched to the fascia to join lengths of fascia together, stuck on (CanExel).
26. Light pelmet - moulding used to finish of the underside of a wall mounted unit (kitchen / bedroom).
27. Metro Roof tile - pressed steel with a coating of natural stone granules in an acrylic base coat.
28. Outrigger - chassis section off of the main rigger to support the home.
29. PIR - Passive Infrared Sensor - used on exterior lights as a security aid, activating light when movement is detected. Alternatively, can be set to dawn to dusk sensor (the lights will only operate during this time).
30.Plasterboard panelling
a. 12.5mm foil backed for external walls
b. 12.5mm standard on internal walls, glued and screwed on using 35mm drywall screws.
31. R.W.O. - rainwater outlet (downpipes). These can be fitted to either end of the home or to both ends.
32. Ridge caps - pressed steel as roof tile to fit across the top rows of tiles to weatherproof the roof (nailed into place).
33. Roof venting tile - these are fitted in conjunction with the roof tiles, these are used when appliances in the home need further ventilation. I.e. cooker hoods and extractor fans.
34.Roof venting tray - fitted underneath the roof membrane, nailed to the roof trusses at the bottom of the roof (fascia edge) to vent the roof space.
35. Roofing - lightweight roofing membrane with 44mm x 22mm tile batten.
36. Roof Insulation:
a. standard flat roof - 220mm insulation;
b. Vaulted roof - 150mm insulation.
37. Soffits - fitted to any roof overhangs on the home or the Dorma
38. Soffit lights - these can be fitted to the underside of any roof overhang, including the Dorma.
39. Standard Radiator Valve (Std) – heating is control from the main thermostat in home rather than via an individual radiator thermostat.
40.TRVs - Thermostatic radiator valves allowing all rooms to be controlled individually.
41. Wall timbers - 71mm x 42mm.
